Goodbye to My Don

Goodbye to My Don

This time, I finally understood— Letting go didn’t mean we would never meet again. It meant I could see clearly and still walk away with peace in my heart. I was finally free.

Travel, Love, and Let go

Travel, Love, and Let go

Gracie says to Paxton. The kayaks get picked up. As afternoon turns to evening, the sky turns shades of orange and pink. Gracie begins to pack up her things to prepare for departure. “Are you preparing to leave? Do you want any help?” Paxton concentrates on Gracie with concern and empathy. “Oh, it is fine I can get it all. I’m glad we met, it has been nice spending time with you.” Gracie replies stubbornly and kindly. “Ok, I agree. I look forward to getting to know you more. I’m going to head back home. I follow up with you later this week on the vacation properties you want to see.” Paxton responds with a warm smile.

Letting Go of What Was Never Ours

Letting Go of What Was Never Ours

Please don't leave me. I said nothing. "Is it… only when I die that you'll spare me a second look?" Tears welled up in my eyes, and I closed them. No matter what he said, it was useless, as everything would be over soon.

The Rejected Luna,The Hidden Heiress

The Rejected Luna,The Hidden Heiress

"So you are really giving up on him?" “I am not giving up," I corrected gently. "I am letting go. There is a difference. Giving up means I still want it but I'm too tired to fight. Letting go means I finally understand it was never meant to be mine in the first place." "That sounds sad," Nyra whispered.

Kimmy
Why do these stories keep romanticizing a woman who gets thrown away like trash the moment the man finds his so called fated or true love? She walks away,sure- but then she keeps crawling back to the person who broke her.For what? Love? That's not love, that's self destruction.

The level of stupidity of Selene is out of this world. Romanticizing sheer idiocy of a woman despite the severe betrayal of her husband without giving her an ounce of common sense and decency makes me dissapointed.

Forgive and Let Go

Forgive and Let Go

I'm excited that he is also the last of everything. I had to forgive and let go in order to get my happy ending. I close my eyes and let sleep take over.

Learning to Let Go of What Hurts

Learning to Let Go of What Hurts

Why couldn't I learn to let go? What was Yves Chapman doing right now? He'd probably broken open a new bottle of wine last night to celebrate the absence of my harassment. Maybe he played the piano with Clarisse Tatcher, his junior, and enjoyed their time alone. I laughed self-deprecatingly. I wasn't a hindrance between them anymore. Just then, my phone rang. It was Yves. I closed my eyes slowly. It was time I learned my lesson. Yves stormed into my room, not a wrinkle seen on his clothes, and frowned down at me. His eyes were cold, as if he was just looking at some peasant. "What are you playing at this time?" he chided. "Why aren't you answering your phone?

HE REJECTED ME AT THE ALTER

HE REJECTED ME AT THE ALTER

"You have been part of this city for longer than most of what stands in it. That belongs in the record." The frequency shifts again. Something vast and old and untranslatable into any emotional vocabulary I have, moving through the lane like a tide going out — not diminishing, not weakening. Releasing. The specific release of something that has been holding on because letting go felt like disappearing, discovering that what waits on the other side of letting go is not absence. It is return. *When?* it asks. "When you're ready," I say. "I will know. The city will know. And when it's time — the boundary will be open. I will make sure of it."

Dumping My Ex to Flash Marry the Untouchable CEO

Dumping My Ex to Flash Marry the Untouchable CEO

So, she curled up even tighter in Leonard’s embrace, silent but present. Leonard noticed it. Was Nora trying to give him silent encouragement? Jasmine spoke softly, “It’s alright if you can’t let go. Why force yourself to?” “Letting go is hard. But what we can do is learn to accept things and make peace with them, rather than pushing ourselves to forget.” Those words cleared Leonard’s mind in an instant.

Lin Wilkerson
Book has good qualities, yet I find myself skipping parts of it because it becomes boring and drags. I Love that you are updating 6 or more chapters daily, but I would like this book finished with an awesome ending. Also, when will Lucas's identity be revealed? It's at 476 chapters and counting.

Currently I am losing interest in reading this book because of so much unnecessary dragging of the storyline. Plus Lucas' character is losing the charm and power it held at the start. Aurora and Lucas are now becoming the side characters in their own story.

You're mine

You're mine

After all, only by letting go can you move on to the life I always wanted for the loves of my life. Let go, love of my life. Let go my mother. I need to know that you have let me go so I can leave in peace. I love you so much, live happily. Forever yours, Julian-Jack." Tears run down my cheeks, as the pain of his words, pierce to my bones. "He was going to leave. He would die before long and I didn't notice." "I did research on his illness and it was true." his mother murmurs behind me "So, his words written there, were all real. Sofia, it's time to let him go. Enough is enough."
