My Ex Wants It After the Divorce

My Ex Wants It After the Divorce

Edward smiled. "Maybe!" Liana smiled slightly, but there was anticipation in her eyes. So, the two of them held hands as they were about to part to solve this case. Edward frowned as he looked at the falling leaves. There was something wrong with these leaves, but what? Their falling pattern was very familiar, like... binary code in computer science! Yes, binary code! Edward suddenly stood up and focused on these leaves. Soon, the leaves stopped falling, and Edward walked to stand in front of a tree in the garden, his face expectant.

This book is one of a kind…well written full of suspense and thrill. Not a floppy romance story where the leading character always festured as an underdog, no backbone…at least Liliana is portrayed with integrity and humbleness .........

I CANNOT RATE THIS BOOK YET. I HAVE TO READ UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF IT. I HOPE IT WILL NOT REACH A THOUSAND CHAPTERS LIKE THE OTHERS THAT I'VE STARTED READING AND EVENTUALLY I STOPPED BECAUSE OF THE SCHEMES AND TWISTS WHICH DRAGGED THE STORY THAT MAKE IT BORING.

Surrogate Luna For The Devilish Lycan King

Surrogate Luna For The Devilish Lycan King

"You're a smart woman, Lillith. And I'm telling you the truth. Can we keep walking? You'll believe me when you see." Lillith followed after him. She was filled with so much curiosity. She noticed that all the leaves had turned red where they were. Her mouth hung open as she stared. She cut a leaf and it bloomed again. She laughed in wonderment as she stared at the red leaf in her hand. It was so beautiful with white veiny lines in it. "This is really beautiful, Leon." "Wait till you see the lilies," Leon quipped. He looked really excited. She stared at him, watching as he skipped down the rest of the way. She lifted her gown and hurried after him as she was filled with a child-like enthusias

GIVEN TO THE WRONG ALPHA

GIVEN TO THE WRONG ALPHA

He takes one of his own healthy leaves and places it gently on top of the rust-red cutting. “Share,” he says, very serious. “Like we do in school.” The healthy leaf shivers, then dissolves, not dying, but becoming sugar that sinks into the rust-red leaves. The cutting shudders. A rust-red leaf falls, then another, replaced almost instantly by a small silver one that is pale, but silver. Share? the cutting asks through the crown, voice even hoarser than Hinge was at first. Share, Hinge answers from twelve feet away, deep and clear now, and keep story.

The Rogue Healer's Secret

The Rogue Healer's Secret

"I may have allowed that to happen." "You absolutely did," Seraphina replied, walking up from the garden path with a knowing smile. That evening, the lessons shifted from the field to the quiet interior of the Sanctuary. Seraphina continued teaching Aiden the properties of the realm's flora. "This specific herb?" she asked, pointing to a silver-veined leaf. Aiden picked it up carefully, examining the shape just as he had been taught. "Silverleaf." "And what exactly does it do?" "It helps reduce burning fevers," he answered proudly.

Tale Of A Cursed Alpha

Tale Of A Cursed Alpha

I turned toward Indrik who was hurrying toward me with a frown. "You mean you didn't see the trees?" I asked but the only response I got was an even deeper frown as he stared at the trees that surrounded us like, of course, I see trees. I walked to the nearest tree and placed an arm against it but there was no sign that it could be a living tree. I wondered if it was pretending to be a normal tree or it really was a normal tree and I had been taken elsewhere. I almost started to think it was a dream again until I felt something in my other hand. Opening it, I found a leaf which shouldn't have been strange except that this leaf was exuding a really green glow like it had had an overdose of ch

The lost hybrid

The lost hybrid

In some spots, the branches jut out more and form shelves while in others they are so sunken into the wall that if they were the same color as the wall you would not be able to tell that htey were even there. Next, Sage walks in. She starts to add some leaves to the tree branches. Each of these leaves has a picture of a family member on them. The leaves are silver and have an amount of detail that is unrivaled. The veining of the leaves is what creates the pictures themselves. There are lots more leaves that are left open so that we can add more in the future. So far, there is a leaf for Elle, Frank, Dante, Hazel, Julia and myself.

THE ALPHA’S SILENT BRIDE

THE ALPHA’S SILENT BRIDE

Petrichor. We didn’t speak at first. We rarely needed to. Sayora had the kind of presence that filled silence without crowding it. She was all mystery and mercy. Her calmness was the the kind that came only from knowing both light and darkness intimately. I followed her deeper into the woods until the trees grew thicker and the canopy dimmed the sky. She stooped to gather a cluster of blue-rooted herbs near a stream. “Starleaf,” she murmured. “Good for pain, but bitter to swallow.”

The Alpha’s Rejected Human Luna

The Alpha’s Rejected Human Luna

Just dirt under my nails and plants that complained in ways I understood: drooping, yellowing, leaning too far toward the sun. I liked them for their honesty. A breeze shifted, carrying the scents of pine, damp earth…and wolf. A specific wolf. I didn’t turn around. “You’re crushing the thyme,” I said instead. “Two more steps, and you’re going to have a very angry cook on your hands.” Silence. Then, the soft scrape of boots as Leo adjusted his weight. “I’m not,” he said. He absolutely was. I pinched off one last leaf, then rose, brushing soil from my knees. “You patrol everywhere,” I said, finally looking at him. “Funny how ‘everywhere’ often includes exactly this spot right after dinner.”

Belongs to us!

Belongs to us!

Leo handed me gloves and I quickly wore it. Another thing so much weird is that leo never lets me touch any plant with my bare hands, he always makes sure that my hands are covered. He said it's because some of the plants here are poisonous and other plants might has some insects on it but I know that's not the only reason. I have seen fear in his eyes about it but I have often shrugged it off thinking, maybe I am thinking too much.

The Dance of Fates: Bellatrix

The Dance of Fates: Bellatrix

On the other hand, she was genuinely amazed by these weapons. One had a leather whip with thorns that could rip a flesh apart. The other had a bone-like sword which Chloe didn't need an anatomy lesson to know that it was a sharpened femur of a person (an unfortunate realization of hers). The last Lou wielded a weird black flute... and he was the most readable among the three. Her eyes trailed to Pensin Lou as her smile widened in a kind that makes them feel a shiver down their spine. Something that if Lucian would be here, he will immediately recognize it as one of her 'you're not making it alive this time'. "Not even the strong and valiant Five Leaf Clovers can beat you," she finished.

This gave me a great fantasy-themed anime vibes, those series which took place in an entirely different world with loads of adventure to occur. Those who are into adventures with multiple unique characters to choose from would defo enjoy reading this piece.
