(Gwen's pov) Heading back to my room-my new room- I tossed off every iota of dress on me, flung them in the hamper and went to sprawl on the sofa in exhaustion. Mental exhaustion. From all the stress I've been through today. My mind was like a windmill spinning wildly in contemplation of what I am going to do. It contributed to the migraine that rocked my head, making me wince. I looked towards the door as I heard a sound of fast footsteps that soon walked past. It must be Kora.

Aria POV “Blow your mind? What are we Gwen Stefani now?” she asked busting out into song. Eli and I started laughing as I got to my feet, shoved her shoulder as she laughed through the lyrics. “You are such a pain in the ass sometimes.” I said as I walked down the hallway to the living room. “Yeah, but you love me.” she said shrugging her shoulders. A knock on the door distracted me as she started dancing with Eli as she sang. I opened the door expecting Asher and Jasper but started to close it at the sight of a strange man that I didn’t recognize.

"So you're just dropping this on me now? I need to get my hair done and change into a dress and put on make-up. I'll have to take off this afternoon and..." Steve leaned in close to Gwen and whispered, "One more word and I'll take you over my knee right now. Do you want your friends to see that?" Gwen gave Steve a surprised look and then suddenly broke into a big smile. "That's what I'm talking about! Don't let me go all goofy again. You're going to make a good boyfriend yet! Count me in. I can't wait to meet them. I sure hope that Monique Dorn doesn't make me look like a scrubwoman."

"God I'm now forever traumatized. My innocent eyes-" I snorted cutting her off. She turns to face me and pinned me with a glare. " I meant Arabella's innocent eyes. Oh, you poor child having to witness this." She clicked her tongue and throws her hand over my eyes. I slapped it away, scowling at the preppy blonde. " Giveon isn't even here. And keep your hands to yourself or you might just poke my eye out with those long pointy nails." Gwen shrugged. " You never know. He might be one of those people that have the kink to play with toys."

I told myself more to her, I have a job I'll be a millionaire soon and then I’ll be able to go to a small town, buy myself a house and do whatever it is I feel like doing. "Tell yourself that" She said with her famous smile "Come on Em, he's exactly what you need, he's rich and famous and a no strings attached kinda guy" She convinced me. "He's almost horrible" I pout. "Horribly handsome" She wiggled her eyebrows. I said, and her face was confused. Yes, I really hate her for doing these things to me. I'm not supposed to feel this sensation towards her, but I can't help it. I played my music mix of the song by Dua Lipa, Blow Your Mind. Then I told the crowd to sing with me.

I laugh and say, "Ha-ha Let's go. We have the get-together at Ava's and we have a party to attend tomorrow and we need our beauty sleep before the Dinner and Gala." We open the door and sit inside. While she is busy starting the car engine, I switch on my bluetooth and connect it to the speaker and start playing Taylor Swift's latest album. We drive away, singing loudly and jamming to the song. I roll down the window, allowing the cold wind to enter. I look outside, admiring the beauty of my neighbourhood and I repeat to myself that everything I achieved is definitely due to the hard work I put in. I couldn't help but think to myself,
