Kenji finds us wrapped in each other’s arms sometime later, his arms loaded with bags. “Sure!” He says, startling me. I pull away from Levi hurriedly, almost tripping over my own feet in my haste to move away. “Make me bring down the bags so you can get some alone time with Jamari.” A devilish grin spreads across Levi’s face. “You are much stronger than me though Kenji.” Levi tells him, not denying his accusations at all.

As if afraid of holding me too tightly, he immediately let go. "Please, don't leave. If I did something wrong, I'm truly sorry. But our pup needs a father. Please don't go."
