Beneath The Billionaire's Touch

Beneath The Billionaire's Touch

Whatever that was happening right in front of us felt like magic, because tell me why the pictures started to come clearly with the light on top of it and the dust slowly melting inside of it. “There's no way this is happening right now are we in the movies?” Raph exclaimed, forgetting about his phone… “This is the nerdy side of my father, the nerdy side I loved so much,...you know what this means, it means we need light, the light around isn't enough to illuminate it all!” He carefully carried the book and hurried to the next table that had three different lamps on it.. These lamps looked really odd and very specific in designil they had eight different controls indicating the levels of lig

Green Light

Green Light

The building's silhouettes suddenly became the dark night sky and the lights from their windows suddenly were twinkling. "Isn't that beautiful?" I asked when I saw a broken stoplight, the red light was blinking and the green and yellow once didn't seem to work. I thought it was aesthetically pleasing, under the gloom of the night, along the empty streets and silently passing cars. The slow blinking of that stop light seemed to harmonize with the quietness of the evening. I looked at Edgar and he was frowning at the stop light. "Pretty much could cause traffic, goodness, that should be fixed," he said and I rolled my eyes at him.

Alpha of Nightmares

’ Chesed growled at the very thought that Darkness might touch Crista. Light laughed, settling herself in my lap faster than I could move away. “You and your wolf are amusing. You are Darkness, and I am Crista. To differentiate would be like saying Crista and Emilia aren’t one or that you and Chesed aren’t one.” Light mused as her silvery eyes searched mine. “While I can understand your point, I don’t think it will change Chesed’s mind.” I shrugged, trying to not let out how uncomfortable I felt.

Love it from start to finish! Sad it’s done but very happy with the end. The flow of the storyline was well written as all your stories are <3. Silvano and Santi got what they’re deserved at the end. Can’t wait to read Andre’s story then Katrina’s. Look’n forward to Alexander & Delilah’s story. <3

Love the book! Hated the old cover image depicting a man in a puffer jacket since Alec had a closet of Armani suits, if I recall correctly. The new cover? Even worse! He looks too young, not sophisticated, come on! We need a well dressed slightly silver fox out in front!

Conscious Conscience

Conscious Conscience

The deeper we went the wider the hole became, however, the place was still eerily quiet. "…." Not only that, but it was also completely dark, too, "Sahra, illuminate the area," Oren instructed. For a moment I thought she'd administer some sort of skill or something, but it was just wishful thinking as she just brought out a heavy-duty flashlight in her inventory. That reminds me, is a high authority spell that only angels and high priests can use.

Light & Darkness: Book 4

Light & Darkness: Book 4

Vampires, sorceresses and wizards suddenly began to move as if they still wanted to launch an attack, but all of them almost simultaneously stopped halfway, clearly confused by what had happened. - You've been stopped in time.- Miyuki informed them, slowly running her eyes over the faces of everyone present.- During this time, Aoi and Kai, two brothers who had been quarreling for years, reconciled, apologizing for the wrongs they had done to each other. Now is the time for you to do the same.- she continued in a calm voice.- Yes, we are enemies by nature, and many of us have fallen in this eternal conflict between light and dark. However, this does not mean that we must plunge the entire wor

She wanted her to feel to the last moments of her life, just as she did when was on the surface with Miguel. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Maria and Juan arrived at Miguel's home where the ritual was to take place. They prepared everything they needed and sat down in a circle. Following the instructions in the book, Maria drew an inverted pentagram on the floor with chalk and in the center she wrote the names of the Lords of the Underworld: Samael and Lilith. In the very center of the pentagram she placed Lilith's amulet and a black feather as a symbol of Samael. Then Mary lit three black candles and passed one to each of those present, and lit incense from her candle. Then she began reciting a Latin fo

When The Light Falls

When The Light Falls

City of Fubuki, Yamato Mansion, Dark Council - "Don't you think that the Light have enjoyed for far too long now? A century is a very long time but I can still remember the day they banished us to this cursed place like they're throwing used ragdolls, while they enjoy the beauty and warmth of the City of Light," Zuriel Princeton said, an amused expression evident on his face as he surveyed his Dark Council. "Well what do you reckon should we do about it?" Mikhail Alvarez asked his superior as he leaned back on his seat. Zuriel looked at him with his cold mismatched eyes and smiled.

The Unwanted Sister's Alpha King

The Unwanted Sister's Alpha King

Fear gripped my heart, but then I heard Aura’s voice in my mind, clear and resolute, **“Use your light.” I focused on the warmth that emanated deep within my core, letting it build and spread until it engulfed me. The dark rogues hesitated, sensing the change, but it was too late for them. I released the light in a blinding, radiant wave. The rogues let out a collective howl of agony as the light consumed them, turning them to ash.

I'm glad i stuck it out. yes, the book is long, and at times, it does drag on, but what the author did, they did justice to the story itself. unlike most books, the endings are always a letdown. this author knew how to conclude it. continued in comments

It is a long book but I didn’t feel like it dragged out because it was so full of details and the author made sure to tie up any loose ends so it didn’t leave you wondering. Will definitely be sticking around for the fantasy version of it.

The library itself was a testament to the wisdom and knowledge accumulated over generations. The lighting in the library was a sight to behold. Bioluminescent sconces adorned the walls, casting a soft, ethereal glow that danced across the pages of the books. It was as if the wisdom contained within the volumes was brought to life by the gentle luminescence. Crystals, embedded within intricate chandeliers, scattered and refracted the light, creating mesmerizing patterns that shimmered across the vast expanse of the library.
