Leesa's Advent

Leesa's Advent

She filed the details of the vision in the back of her mind, thinking it might make a fun story to tell Ralin when he was a bit older. The second night the dream came to her, it lasted much longer. The mermaids told the Miracles they needed to journey to Alcatraz Island to stop an unnamed event that could destroy their world. They had begun their journey by boat, but their ship had been attacked and destroyed by a kraken. Leah and the Miracles were in the midst of a harrowing journey up the California coast with a company of Marines when Leesa woke up.

Shifter King

Shifter King

We run for miles as K-5 courses through our veins and the fresh air cleans my brain of thoughts of war and violence. We round a bend in the inlet and stop at a boat that's been washed up on shore long before Shadow Warriors arrived. It's large and stayed together well considering there's a large hole in the starboard side. Dried barnacles cover most of the side and bottom showing it was submerged for quite some time before it washed up. Marinah examines it intensely. "Break or run back?" I ask her after a few minutes. Her large, sharp teeth gleam when she turns to me and smiles. "Run."

The League of Rogues

The League of Rogues

A woman was in the middle, and her soaked dark hair hung to her waist. Anne! She was alive. Not yet strong enough to call out, he started to swim toward the boat before it left him behind. As he drew closer he recognized Godric, Ashton, Charles, Lucien, even Jonathan on board. Just beyond them two ships, the HMS Ranger and Ashton's merchant vessel Black Lily, were drifting around the wreckage of the Maiden Fair. The entire League and Anne were on that boat, all staring silently at something he could not see.

Lost City at Sea

Lost City at Sea

“But what of my mighty battleship flotillas? And my flying ships? Why weren’t they sent out to destroy the Medietans?” General Bartholomew sighed. “They were sent out, Your Majesty. “And how, by the beard of the generalissimo, did Lucarius sail his troopships across the ocean without being spotted and decimated by our navy?” “Our battleship flotillas were strategically placed on the southern coast of Medietapolis, Your Majesty,” one of the Piletan admirals explained, standing up. “We expected the enemy to be intelligent enough to not attempt to land troops on the northern shore of Medietapolis, as their troopships would have to sail through the icy Sea of Peril and inevitably be sunk by a st

His Baby My Burden: The Mafia Rider's Claim

His Baby My Burden: The Mafia Rider's Claim

A warning. I grip the railing harder, heart pounding. The cargo ship looms ahead, massive and slow, vulnerable. And then—floodlights blaze from the starboard side. Another vessel emerges from the dark. Sleek, black, marked with a single insignia. The Vitale crest. I exhale, part relief, part dread. The new ship surges between the cargo and the attackers. Its guns roar, tearing into the speedboats with terrifying precision. Engines sputter, hulls splinter, screams cut through the air. Within minutes, the would-be raiders are retreating, limping into the night.

The Rip

The Rip

By sunset it’ll be in everyone’s ears, tidied up and sharpened. The Marinos fleet is the heartbeat you don’t see. Five trawlers with names that all start with “Saint” because Nonna Marinos said so—Saint Lucia, Saint Irene, Saint Maria, Saint George, Saint Spiridon—rolling out before first light, rolling back in when the horizon does that pink-and-gold theatre trick. Their sheds out by the slipway smell like diesel, brine, and coin. People grumble about quotas and bycatch like they grumble about weather and taxes; they still line up for fresh prawns at Christmas like the end of the world’s coming and only shellfish will save them.

Pregnant and Rejected by My Alpha Mate

Pregnant and Rejected by My Alpha Mate

I suppose prolonging the ordeal would only make things worse anyway. Lila is actually taking this better than anyone, though I don’t know how long that’s going to last. She’s been running around the docks while the men pack the boat, saying goodbye to all the fish and manatees, hugging her favorite buildings and even attempting to crawl into the mangroves to kiss them farewell. I almost fell into the canal pulling her back, which would have been the perfect end to a very stressful week.

I actually read, "My Professor is my Alpha Mate" first a few months ago and loved it and just finally got around to reading/finishing this. Despite knowing certian "oberall" outcomes from the sequel, I was still so captivated I couldn't put it down. I love it and definitely reccomend!!

I wouldn't normally spoil but the Chapter-Arabella finds a phone: now Arabella has both of them!! This is the normal now from the chapter where Bastien arrives in Tartarus! Chapter after chapter of ridiculous nonsense especially after Selene gets her powers!! Don't waste your time and money skip it!
