Once I slowly ate my toast, Lincoln showed me around his most beautiful house, I have to say it was much more modern than Albans. Lincoln’s house’s colour scheme was black and white, all of his cupboards looked to be very slick and clean, even his staircase descended into a spiral shape. As for Albans house, his seemed a lot more dated in style, golds and whites littered his home and reminded me of a royal type of getaway. Both were absolutely beautiful homes I thought only famous people lived in!

"Huh?" "He called the landline," Nolan informed her. "I happened to be near it and answered the call." Hailey stiffened upon hearing this, but she soon relaxed and nodded, gesturing for him to continue.

When we are done, we loaded everything into the car and drive to the villa. “This is it,” Lincoln says, parking the car. I got out and stand on the lawn, looking at the house. It is warm and bright, and I can see the studio through a big window on the side, there are tables set up inside, and fabric racks leaning against the wall. I feel a tears run down my face, but this time it is not from sadness. It is from relief from feeling like I finally have a place to call home.

I shouted at Lincoln which took him by surprise, and then he just nodded at me dumbfounded. "Okay, let's continue this conversation in the pack house," Lincoln said and then he look at Fabian as if they were having conversations through their eyes but Fabian just frowned at him. But then Lincoln glared at him, I saw Fabian swallow his saliva, and then he nods at his mate.

She looks around for Robert but he’s nowhere in sight. Unbeknownst to her, Lincoln pulls up in front of the house. He hides his cycle behind a bush and quietly heads for the back of the house. Scanning the place, he finds a window. It takes him a few tries but he manages to open it. Sliding in through the window, he creeps into the house. He can hear his mother’s voice from afar and quickly hides behind a large staircase. Charlotte is still searching for Robert. Where the hell is he?

“We're here,” Rahim announced as he halted the car inside the garage. “Great,” Lincoln muttered under his breath as he stared at the house. Actually, he didn't miss this place… not one bit! Now he has to resume living the way his father wants. “Aren't you getting off?” Rahim asked inquisitively as he stepped down from the car. “Yeah, sure,” Lincoln said and stepped down from the car. Rahim opened the back door and brought out Lincoln's luggage.

I didn't want to stop talking, so I wanted to shout more, but I was shut up by the loud sound that echoed around the house. "Ah!" I shouted and used my free hand to cover my ears to prevent the sounds from affecting my eardrums like the first sudden sound. The sound never stopped, it kept on resounding nonstop. I could see bullets flying about and I shouted more, lowering my head to keep myself safe. "Shit!" Lincoln cursed under his breath and pushed me to a corner, and I fell, rolling over to the floor. My stomach began to hurt, and I clenched my hands on it, with my shoulders covering my ears in great pain. The sounds were affecting my eardrums, and the pain in my stomach was not helping m

We enter Lincoln's office, and he closes the door behind us. The soundproofing muffles the noise from the rest of the pack house almost instantly. "I don't like this. What are they doing here?" Lincoln asks, scrubbing a hand over his face. "I'm back. The pack's under control, and there haven't been any more attacks. Interviewing pack members is one thing, but snooping around?" "I know. It feels weird to me too." There's a knock at the door, and Sam and Isaac walk in. "You called, my liege?" Isaac says with a flourish.

A loud click from the door let us know that it locked behind us. Lincoln's back was to us as he worked on his computer, switching up the timestamps on the video we just fabricated. Then, finally, he hit a key on his keyboard and leaned back into his chair. His blonde hair cut short, and his tattooed arms curled behind his head as he spun around to face us. "My Goddess, what the fuck happened to you?" He asked John as he looked at him in horror. "I mean, I know what happened, and well, I could see how ugly you were in the video footage, but damn, it didn't do justice. You are one ugly son of a bitch."
