"You can't run from the Loom, Rebecca!" The voice boomed from the sky. I looked up and saw Ada, but she was twenty feet tall, her face a distorted mask of porcelain and thorns poking out of her skin. She was wielding a giant pair of silver scissors, the blades snapping shut with a sound like a guillotine. Snip. Snip. Snip. "Joshua doesn't want a saint," she hissed, her shadow stretching over me like a shroud. "He wants a wife. And you... you’re just a loose thread that should be taken care of."

Eryndor's Shadowing dagger seemed to dance in the moonlight, its dark blade slicing through the air with a haunting screee-ksss. Each strike landed with a thud-thwack-thoom, sending tremors through the troop's warriors. The troop's hearts raced as the violent zing-ting-zap of clashing daggers filled the field. The savages of warriors, fueled by fury and loyalty, clashed in a frenzy of arms and teeth. The ground grew slick with blood, the earthy smell mingling with the metallic tang of steel. Jack Wolf stood firm, his Moon-whisper spear shining with a soft, ethereal light. He parried Eryndor's strikes with a precision born of desperation, his movements a blur of speed and strength.

My fingers are on my chin as I crouched and looked at it. The cover or the sheath was silver with a few pints of gold, I don't understand the engravings etched on it. Because of my curiosity, I held it and released it from its sheath. Unlike other sword, its blade was bluish and silver, the handle was wood in color and the cover was glass. It was not as heavy as it look. I lifted it up and swayed it... Imagining I was a samurai fighting some bad guys. I chuckled.

Just a hint of it created a terrifying swordwill that shattered the void and cut through the sky like paper. When the divine light and godlike statue dissipated, it revealed a seven-feet longsword, emitting a cold and sharp light all over its body. There were four word-like characters appeared near the sword hilt— Loren Divine Blade!

"You do not frighten us." Loki grinned more, but not to the point of his eyes. "You ought to be." Loki waved his hand to unleash his forces, causing shadows to bend and combine into hideous shapes. With a thunderous roar, the combat broke out, with the first wave of dark forces charging towards Gemini and her comrades. Before long, mayhem had taken over the clearing as swords clashed and magic sparked. But the enemy forces appeared to go on forever, even as they held their ground. They eliminated one soldier for every two that remained.

I look to Lance who is mind-linking before her presence is felt before she has even entered the marquee. She enters at the back, for a grander entrance. Lorrel likes smoke and lights, she was an artist. In her hands was a large silver sword with the royal emblem of a crown on top of an S, the same as my mark.
