He frowned at me. “You have no respect.” I let out a quiet breath. “And you’re faking an illness to get my attention.” He pushed himself up slowly, clearly not weak at all. “If I don’t do this, you won’t come see me.”

I nodded. "Your wish is my command, my Queen. I'll take my blindfold now," I warned everybody else, and touched the knot Sohan made before then began to unmake it. Folding it and putting it on my lap, I blinked, getting used to the light again. I heard lots of gasps, probably because most people here have never seen my eyes, they must be mesmerized.
