Baron’s POV I, Baron Lupo Bianchi, stormed into the Council chamber, my eyes blazing with fury. The Lunar Peak Council of Sosserrers cowered before me, their faces pale and trembling. They knew better than to cross me, the demon werewolf who had unleashed hell on both the supernatural and human worlds.

I immediately drafted a brand-new company policy handbook and had my assistant, Jacob Merritt, distribute it. As soon as Jacob sent it out, gasps of disbelief came from outside my office. "What? We're only getting a day off for Christmas this year? And no free vacation anymore?" "We have performance evaluations starting today?" "We can't bring our pets to the office anymore?" An employee barged into my office immediately. "Mr. Pearson, are the new company policies Jacob just sent out real?" Then a second and third person rushed in. "Yeah, Mr. Pearson. It isn't even April Fool's today. Are you pranking us?"

The least that I could do was gather and understand as much of the details concerning this break in. "Ms. Alexia," a policeman said as he approached us with Cookie in his hands. "What have you found, sir?" She asked hesitantly as Luis got the tiny dog before she could reach out. "Luckily, noting was stolen and your dog experienced a small leg injury but it's okay. We also discovered that your living room was the only place that was tempered with. The rest of the apartment is untouched." "Thank God," Alexia said and Luis sighed in relief.

He's walking with his tail in between his legs. "He just needs a home," She replies with a large smile. "And hopefully that's ours." Ours. She said our home. Damn that makes me feel fucking ecstatic. A stupid grin comes to my face as we walk with the worker towards one of the rooms. Ashlynn has a small skip in her step as we walk and I'm starting to think the dog is more for her than Lily, but I'm not going to say anything. "Alright so this is Loki, he's only three," the worker says as he closes the door behind him. "He's a silver lab, and this is as big as he'll get. He can get scared by large crowds of people, but we've learned he warms up quickly."

We drive into the yard after the gate opened and pulled up at the garage, we both hopped out of the truck and Hayden detached the U-Haul as I looked around the area, there is no scent of wolves here, only human. He gives me the keys and we go into the house, it's rustic designed and very cozy "I love it" Hayden chuckled behind me "what?" he pulled his phone out and turned it to me and played me a video, I see Honey and girls outside this very house and she is laughing "I bet you when he comes inside he's gonna say I love it" I too then chuckled and sighed "she knows you well" "that she does" "come, I'll help you with the furniture before I go" "thank you" "no prob"

“Buddy barks at me when I use my key to enter the house. Strangely, he didn’t alert Mom to an intruder.” The dog appeared in the living room when Tony said his name. He came to me and sniffed my hand before he let me pet him. “Who else has a key to the house?” I asked. “Only me and Tony,” Lucy replied. I thought of the tiny cameras I used in the passageways. “I could install cameras that would tell us who it is and how they get inside your home.” Lucy wrinkled her nose. “I’d feel like I was being watched. Is there another way to catch them?”

Its hair was long, and full. “What breed is it?” “It's a mixed breed. German shepherd, and Caucasian.” “Oh,” was all I could say. I had little to no knowledge on dogs. “Let's get in.” We walked to the door, and to my surprise, her home security acknowledged the dog's identity. I stood for a while, waiting for my face to be scanned before walking in. As soon as we walked in, I was barely able to contain my gasp. The inside was heavenly. She had a simple white theme, but it was classy. An L-shaped sofa was in the middle of the room.

He's a veterinarian by profession and my mom's a secretary for dad. I am left alone in the house. Well, not literally alone though because Blue is here with me. I searched for Blue, and there I saw him, laying on the rag. I called him and he quickly ran over, wagging his tale. He's a big husky, gray in colour, with a chain under his neck. There is a name imprinted on the plate saying B.L.U.E. I wrapped my arms with this big bud and played with him —tickling his neck which I love to do. I stayed there playing with him for a little while.

He could deal with a couple of hounds at the foot of the bed. “Heya, buddy,” he said, reaching down to pet Shelly, who didn’t even flinch. In fact, he seemed to like it. The little Jack Russell had spent the night on a pillow directly beside the couch — the plushest, biggest pillow to be found. It was huge, and the golden tassels at the corners made Shelly look like a goddamn maharajah. Ish had brought it over sometime after the fight, and Lily had spent the first forty-eight hours afterward fussing over both him and the hound.

Just as I am wondering, the box suddenly makes a whimpering sound. I open it and lock eyes with the little guy inside. It turns out to be a blue-eyed husky puppy with three flames on his forehead. "Thanks, I love it, but... I'm not allowed to keep a pet in my apartment." I still want to refuse the gift. "I have a new house for you, too." George Howard says and takes out another key. "No, I really can't..." I still try to refuse him.
