"No changes are happening. God damnit! You were asked to do one job, and my god, you're" Clause held me down, trying to calm my nerves. I was on the edge these days. Seeing Lyra as lifeless and knowing that I was the reason behind it didn't sit well with me. I gulped down a lump, sending glares towards the doctor. "Alpha, your Luna can heal herself. I can only stabilize and make sure she's doing well, but unlike the other attack that was caused by a rogue, you're an Alpha; you have more dominance over her, and her immune system is"

she yells at the top of her voice, “you are not some road side rat, you are Nicholas woodsborn and the goddess forbids that you behave like a tout. You and I know Michelle will not make it easy for you but she is carrying the heir to the pack and no matter what, it belongs to you” “You don’t fucking get to tell me what to do, Lucy” I blurt In anger. “Of course I do” she hisses at me, “you look a mess right now and I am the only one who can bring you to your senses. Look at you, crying because of Michelle. Our parents didn’t birth a weakling Nicholas. Go home and take a shower, you can be on your way to Los Angeles after that. Go with pride to take what rightfully belongs to you”

Lariempi said emotionlessly “Lord please teach me how to kill them, even with my powers I could only watch…” Amelia said before breaking into tears again and Lariempi smiled slightly “You couldn’t kill them because your weapon was too inferior.” He said, he then raised his index finger and a drop of golden god-blood dropped from his finger and landed on the ground

I blurt out. Cortèz starts to stroke his cane over the sand making a capital L. “Let.” He says to us while he writes the capital letter U. “Us.” Then strokes his cane again making a capital A. “All.” Writes the letter H. “Heal.” Lastly he finished with the capital U. “Unexpectedly.” Harry finishes. Cortèz smiles. “The island of LUAHU is home for people who wishes to heal. May the both of you heal from your pains and be awakened soon.” He walks away until he magically disappears fading.

That was why I had kicked off his sword from the right hand, hard enough to injure his bone. "So a wolf has courage now," he muttered standing up while holding his legs, he had channel energy to it, healing it. This was exactly what I wanted, a wolf using energy to heal himself, causing their energy level to reduce and since Kai had been using his energy to attack me, he was pretty much weak. He was only holding himself for his team. However, just when I thought I was about to win, someone throws Kai a second sword at him. This was cheating and it wasn't fair. I looked at Roman who seemed puzzled as well, he was trying to find out who did it, but in a crowd like this, it was hard to tell.

I could hear in my own words just how arrogant I sounded. “My name is Beta Devon, Luna.” He bowed his head once more. “Alpha, Beta, Luna… I feel like I have stepped into some cheesy Greek teenage fantasy drama! I didn’t want any of this, you know. The titles. The turning into a wolf the moment the full moon appears.” I couldn’t help myself. I was acting like a petulant child. But I just didn’t care. My life had taken a complete turn, and all I wanted was to get back on the tracks I was on. Everything just came bubbling out.

The one good thing that helped Waylon was that Lucario enjoyed washing in both wolf and human form so it did not matter. Getting naked the pair got into the bath and Lucario splashed water everywhere, dived under the water and enjoyed himself to fullest as usual and made sure to get Waylon very wet in the process. Waylon enjoyed himself as well and dived under the water too surprising Lucario, this action alone made him warm up to Waylon a bit. Finally, when Lucario showed signs of being tired, Waylon got them out of the bath and dried them. Waylon settled his son d

“I’m going to change that. I’m going to take the throne and show this imposter you call your personal maiden that she is to bow to me and not you.” “Is this about dear old Samantha?” Ryu’s flame kindled, his sinister aura growing more and more per second. I could tell from his aura that he had a strong Ki, but I still couldn’t figure out if he was an elemental wolf or a sword bearer like me and Kyle. Ryu appeared before me in a flash, flames surrounding him as his claws emerged. I could feel the heat of each claw, hot enough to cleave diamond without a single trace of splitting. “Do you think I’d cower up?” Kyle growled.

"Thank you, Aunt Cleo. This means a lot to me." The pendant Aunt Cleo gave Aqua was nothing short of mesmerizing. Crafted from sterling silver, the pendant was shaped like a delicate crescent moon, symbolizing the mysterious and potent nature of Aqua's powers. At the center of the crescent nestled a large, oval-cut gemstone that was uniquely clear, like a drop of captured morning dew. The clarity of the stone made it particularly special, as it reflected Aqua's emotional state, changing color with her mood. Intricate filigree work adorned the crescent moon, with tiny symbols and runes etched into the silver, each representing protection and strength. The craftsmanship was exquisite, making i
