"What story would you like to hear today?" Garret seemed to ponder for a moment before answering, "About Pinocchio?" Lyyana nodded and smiled. Lyyana then began to read a bedtime story from the book of 1001 bedtime stories. Lyyana was very good at reading stories; she played with her voice and tone, making Garret look so enthusiastic listening to the story she brought. Occasionally, Lyyana's storytelling was interrupted by Garret's questions. Without Lyyana realizing it, a man was recording Lyyana's activities and sending it to their superior.

I sat on the couch, legs tucked under me, mug warming my palms. He was strong and brave, but he was lonely.” Lily listens, her eyes wide and attentive. “One day, he found a Princes in the rain. She was lost and scared, and he brought her home. They fell in love and then—” Lily interrupt “That’s like you and that Scary Eyebrow Man?”

Jasver put Jason on the bed and slid next to him while pulling the comforter on them. “Dad, tell me a story.” Jason squealed excitedly, and Jasver started telling his superhero stories that he liked more than the story I read him always. After some time, Jason fell asleep, but I was still awake. “What's wrong? Can't sleep?” He asked me in a whisper and I just shook my head. “Do you want me to sing you a lullaby?” He whispered back holding a teasing smile on his face. And I glared at him. Then I closed my eyes while trying to sleep.

Then, I lay beside him once he was fully settled and comfortable. “Mommy, tell me a bedtime story,” “Now?” “Yes. It will help me sleep faster. The tears I’d been holding accidentally fell out of my eye, and I sniffed discreetly. “Of course.” I cleared my throat and began. “Story, story, story time. There was a far, far away land, and a King ruled a nation known as Anthill, filled with so many people who called themselves Anthillians.”
