An arduous task, removing a hex required a great amount of skill and patience. Hexes could consist of multiple layers and contain as many as eight different conditions for each one applied. Author’s POV Lex—who was inside Ale’s body—raised her hand, and instantly a blinding red light shot out from it, nearly striking Ale had Ben not lunged forward to shield her from the attack. Jeremiah was ready, having prepared his incantations and abilities long ago to halt Lex’s movements. This time, it was a battle of magic against magic. Ale shouldn’t have been involved, so Jeremiah immediately stepped in to block every attack Lex directed at Ale. He remembered that he had to stall for time until nightfall. The Winter Hexagon would return after a long absence, and it was said that their power would increase at that moment.

Hades heard Jinx switch off his microphone. A quick, clear-eyed survey of the main floor with his Black-fur senses and Hades knew what had drawn him into his dreamy state. There was a sweet dreams hex on the lobby. Hades's flowers had blocked the tell-tale scent but now as he engaged his second sight, he couldn't miss the tempting pink mist. He made a few curse breaking sigils with his hands, moving his body to gather energy and sent his forbidden magic into the hex, disintegrating it from inside.

“You’ve seen it, haven’t you? The anger, the madness. It grows stronger every day, feeding on his soul. Soon, there will be nothing left of the man you know.” I shook my head, refusing to believe her words. “No, you’re wrong. He’s just… stressed. He’ll be fine.” “Denial will not save him,” she said,“The hex is an ancient one, it was born to destroy from within. It cannot be undone by willpower alone.” My heart raced with several thoughts. Was she saying that he couldn’t be healed? “What do you mean? Who are you!” The woman didn’t answer. Instead, she reached into her cloak and pulled out a small vial filled with a dark liquid.

“They’re in the walls so I’m not sure how much good this will do, but we’ll give it a shot.” Tyler shrieked as another skeletal rodent sprinted across the floor. “Oh god, what are they?” “Hexes,” Talen told him. “Do you know the witch behind the hex?” He asked as he followed Aislen down the hall. He took a handful of salt and went into the bathroom whilst she laid a line of salt across the window in Tyler’s room.

Inserting his energy into it, he began to enlarge it while replying, “Blood hexes are powerful dark magic tricks that require very much more than the wielder's skill and power. These hexes need to be activated every time the person who wants to possess someone wants the said target to do something. And, she is one powerful werewolf. I am surprised she managed to stay alive to date.” Like Calhoun, he too began to enlarge his sphere and said to him in a strained voice, “I need your help, Cal.” Calhoun was only watching the she-wolf struggling in a daze and hearing his master he immediately tore his eyes away from her and inserted his magic into the sphere.

“That’s why we’re here. To find her. To beg her… to help Reagan.” Willow’s gaze dropped to the floor. Her fingers curled around the edges of her robe. Then she looked up, her face more serious than before. “Do you realize,” she said slowly, “that there is no cure for the Hex?” I didn’t answer. She stepped closer, eyes sharper now. “For centuries, witches, warlocks, healers… we’ve tried everything. Everything. And no one...no one has found a cure. That curse was made to drive people mad. To ruin them.”

Sunshine screams as the mixture flying through the air strikes her down. I step inside the protection ring. I reach out to make an opening and pull her onto our side to protect her, but before I can pull Sunshine into my magic protection, one of the minions grabs Sunshine. He hits Sunshine one time with the salty-smelling potion, and it penetrates her body.

" Cassandra sighed in frustration as she said this. "Girl, I am so sorry... that is terrible, I can't imagine what you went through as a child, and you see, your brother would only be hexed if he was asked to do something, and that is only done by people who wanted your family dead, such as a lead witch or reagent." I'm not sure, but the hex is only cast by powerful witches in town, so would you mind telling me about your brother's actions before he died?"

Kevin said and Casandra stared at him. “Completely down!?” Casandra asked and Kevin nodded. “There is no permanent down unless hexing. Since it has been forbidden,” she said and Kevin frowned. “But hexing can’t affect the royal.” Cynthia reminded her. “This particular one is for royals but it will only be unhexed with the normal antidote and gradually takes effort.” She explained.
