The spider started wrapping black threads around her neck. “Get off her!” Julian shouted. He attacked, but the giant Eye shot a red beam from the darkness. The light hit Julian, and he screamed as his spirit form began to tear. “Julian!” Maya choked. The black threads squeezed tighter. She felt her life slipping away. Her vision faded to gray. She looked at the iron key in her hand—it wasn’t hot anymore. It was cold and lifeless.

It screamed in pain, In that short instant the whole team made good use of it attacking and destroying its legs. “It worked! He can’t grow the legs back we can…” yeah I guess Oliver spoke too soon as what came next was double the amount of limbs we had seen previously. It looked longer with even more spikes. The room felt suddenly smaller.

Sparks flew. Elias grabbed Maria and pulled her back as metal bent and twisted around them. Morrow didn’t move. Specter shouted, “You don’t understand what you are!” “I do now,” Morrow replied. “I’m not your weapon.” Suddenly, a new voice came through the speakers. Slow. Amused. “Beautiful speech.” Vega. His face filled the main screen. “Morrow,” Vega said warmly. “We’ve been waiting for you.” Morrow looked up. “Waiting for what?”

A deep voice growled before rough hands yanked her up from the ground by her hair. Margo stared at her attacker and tormentor with hatred. Wide eyes stared at her and a silent curse left his lips the moment he realized his mistake. Her shiv stuck out of his neck as blood began to fill his mouth. He quickly dropped her on the ground. Margo tracked his movements as one hand flew to his wound and the other reached for the gun at his hip. She knew that she couldn't let him get to his gun. One shot was all he needed to alert the entire compound that something was up. Margo cursed and then ran at him full speed, throwing all of her weight into him as hard as her tiny malnourished body could.

The Demondie’s power was no fluke, and combined with Gerald’s immense strength, the sword was able to pierce right through the spider’s stomach…! Following a terrifying roar, the spider began glowing red as a dense purple fog gushed out from its wound…! That was probably its spiritual essence! Naturally, the agony was overwhelming, but all the spider could do was glare at Gerald with resentment. It wasn’t long before cracks began forming all over the spider’s body… and in the end, it exploded into a cloud of swirling dust…!
