The Pack's Rebels

The Pack's Rebels

She added, lifting her eyebrows. “Escapees…” Aislen saw some tiny spiders crawl through the imperfect seal of Meguitte’s fingers and hurried to open the lid. Meguitte opened her palms, dropping a large spider that was crawling with tiny babies escaping the egg sack on it’s back. Meguitte calmly screwed the lid on over them. “What about the ones… on you?” Aislen wondered watching one drop from the vampiress’ hand on a string of fine gossamer. She was sure she could see others moving through the fabric of Meguitte’s sleeves.

Hopefully, the time flies and the next book is out before I even realize! ...... Thank you Everleigh for such an amazing series! I'll be counting the days!

Mated to the Cursed Alpha

Mated to the Cursed Alpha

I looked up. At the top of the cave, eight red eyes glinted with malice. A Venom-Mist Spider! What were these creatures doing here? They lived in the Death Mountains, much further north! The spider lunged at me. I desperately tore at the net, my wolf claws ripping through the sticky silk. The poison was already taking effect; my vision was blurring. Its massive jaws snapped at my head. I twisted sideways sharply, shifting back to human form and drawing the silver knife Rhys had given me.

The HIDDENS

The HIDDENS

Webbing dripped from its fangs, which were long and razor-sharp. “Oh, hell no,” Fatima said, backing away. The spider let out a screeching roar that made my ears ring. “We’re not running from this,” Jake said, his voice cold and determined. “We take it down.” “How exactly do we do that?” Sophie asked, nocking an arrow. “Carefully,” Althea said, her hands already glowing with magic. The spider lunged, its massive legs crashing down where I’d been standing seconds before. I rolled to the side, my heart racing.

The Return of the War Legate

At that moment, a towering iron-armored spider over six meters tall crashed through the gate, appearing before everyone's eyes. Its eight metallic limbs pierced the ground like sharp spears. Mounted on its abdomen was an oversized crossbow, glowing red-hot from its previous barrage, exuding terrifying energy.

The Boy With the Spider Face

“Calm down, son. This is for your protection. For everyone’s.” Kevin stood over him, and Jeff realized he was on his back. He thrashed, fighting against the restraints, pulling them opposite each other and trying to break loose. They were too strong. He struggled to sit up, but something was off. There was a heaviness in his stomach, and he recalled the feeling from his dream. “Dad, something’s wrong!” Jeff looked down and repressed a scream. “My stomach! It’s . . . ” ‘A spider’s cephalothorax is fused with its abdomen and makes up the lower portion of the arachnid.’ Mr. Drake’s voice echoed in his thoughts.

she replied with a hint of sadistic amusement. "Ah, yes, the fear of spiders," the man acknowledged with a chilling smile that could haunt one's nightmares. "This particular breed is known as Latrodectus mactans, commonly referred to as the black widow," he explained, referring to the spiders within the case. With calculated precision, he delicately placed one upon Mr. Woods's bare chest, having previously removed his shirt.

The Ex-wife's Secret Empire: Beg For Me, Mr Blackwood

The Ex-wife's Secret Empire: Beg For Me, Mr Blackwood

"This wasn't the plan, Arthur! You said we were creating a god, not a plague!" "Plans change when the tools develop a will of their own," Arthur said coldly. The glass of the nearest tank cracked. A spiderweb of fractures raced across the surface before the reinforced pane exploded. A creature; a distorted, pale shadow of Maya spilled out in a rush of chemical fluid. It didn't walk; it skittered, its joints clicking with a sickening mechanical precision. It ignored the Architect. It ignored Arthur. It crawled straight toward Maya, its milky eyes wide with a terrifying, mindless devotion.

He asked, sounding surprised. “I didn’t do anything.” Margo huffed, crossing her arms across her chest. “Agent Saunders?” Kane asked, raising a brow. “Not everyone is suspicious, she said. There aren’t enemies around every corner, she said. Because I didn’t look into the crazy bitch this is the shit storm I ended up in.” Margo grumbled. “How on earth did you even meet her?” Spencer asked, frowning. “I met her in a human trafficking support group of all fucking things.” Margo sighed, glaring down at her picture.

So this is the second book to the series then right? Loved the first one even though the cliff hanger ending had me all upset wishing things for Margo and Kane could have been easier. Plus those poor kids being ripped away from Margo! Can't wait to see Bernard finally get his long awaited doom.

Living With My Lady Boss

Living With My Lady Boss

The next second, the Holy Archer released the arrow as it hurtled towards the black spider. Just then, however, the spider seemed to sense the danger. It stopped feeding, freezing in place. The skin on the top of its head began to move, and a woman sprouted from it. The woman only had a torso and seemed to represent the spider's consciousness. The Holy Archer's arrow pierced through her body and lodged itself there. However, she did not let out a single sound. Her head remained bowed, as if she was saving the energy in her body. The next second, the woman began absorbing the power of the arrow. Eventually, the arrow disappeared, and the woman lifted her head before letting out a piercing scr
