The Wolf Who Saved Me

The Wolf Who Saved Me

Our bond awakened. Elder Mayna dipped her fingers in the blood and pressed them into both our foreheads, marking us with a crescent shape. “Under the witness of the moon, you are now bound.” A hush fell. Reule stepped closer, his hand still wrapped around mine. “You ready?” he murmured. “For what?” He dipped his head low. “For the kiss that seals it.”

The Silver Alpha

The Silver Alpha

"Then we'll fight so that doesn't happen." He nodded, his forehead pressing against mine. "Together, we will fight this." And as the light of the Binding Oath flared one final time around us, our joined hands began to glow, threads of silver and red intertwining, forming a mark over our skin. The spirit's voice echoed through the air. "Bond is recognized. Two hearts with only one will. The oath has been bound for the both of you, Alpha Archer and Regina."

Marked by the alpha, bound by fate

Marked by the alpha, bound by fate

“Not to strangers, not to bargains.” The stranger smiled like a thin blade. “No one here has a patent on power, Alpha,” he said. His voice was smooth as oil. “Power moves. People want it. You can keep her as a child, hide under your law, or you can let us ensure she grows strong enough to protect the pack. That protection is expensive. It requires… binding.” An elder’s hand rose like a judge slapping a gavel. “Binding is the law for heirs,” he said. “A mark given in the Moon Grounds makes the child Blackmoor’s own. It keeps bloodlines pure and power tempered.”

Beyond The Moon's Promise: [The Forsaken Luna]

Beyond The Moon's Promise: [The Forsaken Luna]

"I claim you as mine. Not by the Goddess's decree, but by choice and blood. My life to yours, my strength to yours, my eternity to yours." My turn. I had memorized the response Lydia taught me. "I accept your claim. Not by divine law, but by will and trust. My life to yours, my heart to yours and my choice to yours." The power in the bond surged higher. Marcus poured our mixed blood onto the earth at the circle's center. "Witnessed and sealed. Now the mark." Kael pulled me closer. "This will hurt. But it's necessary. The mark binds us in a way other wolves can sense."

Shattered Bonds

Shattered Bonds

Maeve says. “Well, if you’re ready to bind yourself, then you know it’s serious. There’s no going back from that,” Meadow says. I should probably find out more about this binding ceremony. Marking is easy, you mate then leave your mark on her neck, mixing your scent with hers so everyone knows that she belongs to you. I have no idea what goes into a binding ceremony. Not that it matters, but I’d like to know before walking into the ceremony. “What if he ends up like Beta Trevor,” Tate says quietly.

Blind Alpha And His Unwanted Mate

Blind Alpha And His Unwanted Mate

I feel it too, a pulse of something powerful and unseen wrapping around us, weaving us together. “The blood of Alpha and Luna,” Elder Merope says, stepping back. “Shared, bound, unbreakable.” She dips her fingers in a silver bowl filled with sacred herbs and ash, pressing a mark of blessing to both our foreheads. Then, she turns to the pack. “Now, the final bond.” Mikhail shifts, pulling me closer. His eyes darken with his wolf coming forward. There is not a dominance in his gaze, but devotion, protection and a promise.

the alpha is supposed to be blind, it’s the whole premise of the book, yet the author constantly describes him as “seeing” people’s blood shot eyes, watching people walk away, looking at himself. it’s sloppy, bad writing. i don’t recommend the “sometimes not quite blind alpha”

Interesting characters. Interesting werewolf lore. I just hope the author never "cures" the blind alpha as he actually is mostly capable anyway. The FL goes through quite the character development, and that's putting it mildly. The quality of the narration and writing itself is publish-worthy.

Marked by Fate

Marked by Fate

“And I told you I would come back if I ever found out anything about it.” “Yes,” I repeated, leaning forward. “And…?” “That is why I’m here, my Lord,” he said in a quiet and serious tone. Something twisted in my stomach. My curiosity sharpened and I took a step closer. “Tell me.” He exhaled slowly, then began to explain. “In my pack, on the night of the full moon ritual, the moon goddess blesses the entire pack. But she blesses the alpha king differently. A bright and glowing mark appears on the alpha’s neck which symbolizes her approval and strengthens his leadership.”

Marked By Him

Marked By Him

With shaking hands, I reached up and unclasped the heavy strand of Vitale pearls at my throat. "Arya, Mother won't approve," Christabel said from across the room, her voice uncertain. She'd been so quiet I'd almost forgotten she was there. "Those pearls are tradition-" "I don't care," I said, and handed her the pearls and turned back to Marco. "Put it on." He fastened the necklace around my throat, and for the first time in three days, I felt like I could breathe. The little bird rested just above my heart. "Thank you," I whispered.

The Devil's Claim... His little mouse.

The creak of the hinges echoed in the room, mingling with the faint rustle of the wind outside. "The most basic of these bonds is the temporary oath. It’s a simple agreement, a symbolic gesture of protection. It lets others know that the person bearing the mark is under the protection of someone within the Cross empire. Temporary, reversible, and easy to erase," he explained, his voice calm but laced with authority.

Alpha

Alpha

“That’s usually a bad start.” She sighed. “I wasn’t just running from Dren, Kael. I was running from something else.” He stilled. “What?” She stepped back, pulling off her top to reveal not just the faded scar from Dren, but another—deeper, stranger, just above her navel. A swirling burn, almost like a brand. Kael’s breath caught. “That’s…” “A binding mark,” she whispered. “A magical one.” He stood, reaching out to touch it. “Who did this to you?”
