Such is the record. Consider, in Heaven's name, what must have been the mind of the Athenians of that day, when they did this, and their conception of their position. They set up a record, that because a man of Zeleia, Arthmius by name, a slave of the King of Persia, for Zeleia is in Asia, as part of his service to the king, had brought gold, not to Athens, but to the Peloponnese, he should be an enemy of Athens and her allies, he and his house, and that they should be outlaws.

They both stayed there silently for a while. "Will you do me a favour" Lucian asked Darius. Darius looked taken aback by his request. "Of course, anything my Friend, anything" Darius promised. Lucian smiled sadly. "Will you take care of Ophelia for me. She is stubborn and headstrong. She did not know when to give up. Will you take her under your wing when I am gone?" Lucian requested. "She is already my responsibility. She would be as sad about you as we all are now. Why are you giving up hope so soon? We might still find something to help you. Lord Agamemnon might find some kind of spell for you" Darius tried to be optimistic. Lucian laughed sadly. "Do you think so?" he asked Darius, who st

The projector flickered to life, displaying images of a stone entrance adorned with ancient engravings. "This is the newly discovered entrance of an ancient ruin," Marshal Barns began, his tone grave yet tinged with excitement. "We believe this was once the tomb of a prominent figure, though we have yet to ascertain their identity. However, speculation suggests it may be the final resting place of the legendary swordsman Cyrus West, also known as the Right-hand General of Prince Egon. We discovered this ruin near a city called Frostlake. The door is an the base of a mountain called the Atlas peak."

“What is your name?” “Helena. Are you a singer?” The woman laughed. “A singer? Well, if that is what you call a poor woman who sings eulogies to people for a few scraps of coins then yes I’m a singer.” She cocked her head to the side and said, “Helena. What a beautiful name, right brothers?” The men nodded. Inga chuckled and sidled closer to Helena. “Do you know that of all the gods the only one who no one has claimed to see is the supreme god Demeus? Many have seen Oya, Torlan and many others but none have claimed to see Demeus.”

“ I am known as Digamma Kronos.” “ Well met Kronos. I am called Digamma Acacius. Former palace guard under the employ of High King Zeus and High Queen Hera. It is real shame we are to fight for the entertainment of that she-devil, but I look forward to sharing the battlefield with you,” Acacius aid, dipping his head.

?" Again she stopped and turned to Amaris for her answer. Amaris nodded this time still waiting for Anna to get to the point. "Christos said that those three gods were Apollo, Selene, and Tyche. Correct?" Anna was just giving Amaris more of a dramatic pause this time, so Amaris did not even bother to answer or acknowlede Anna. Anna was pacing some more with her arms folded and one hand to her chin as she walked. "Now, follow me here, Andreas told us about some of the different gods when we were in the car. Let me go get it.” Reggie looks at the page in Kas’s book then gets a book he was looking at. “The Menae are fifty children of the Moon Goddess and the human king Endymion. Modern times say they represent the fifty months of the four-year Olympiad cycle.”

“ You remember my daughter, Mia, “ the old man said. Mia put her hand on Nikolai and looked at him with seductive eyes. She ignored my presence completely and so did her father. Nikolai looked very uncomfortable. I had never seen him uncomfortable. Ever. “ I remember her, “ Nikolai answered and tightened his grip on my waist. “ There was a time I wanted the two of you to get married. What happened between the two of you? “ The old man asked and I rolled my eyes. Could he be more obvious? He was trying to create mistrust between me and Nikolai. Little did he know that we had no relationship at all. He was disrespecting me because I was a woman. Before he could speak, I stepped into view and o
