Arthur sucked in a breath, like someone had punched the air out of him. “No…” he whispered, disbelief spreading across his face. “Finn, no.” Finn lowered his stance. Ready. Arthur tried again to get up. His arm slipped out from under him, his body collapsing back to the ground. “Finn—stop,” he rasped, breath shaking. “Please… don’t do this.” Finn’s eyes softened as he looked at Arthur before turning away, readying himself.

' Immediately, Arthur turned red in the face and felt embarrassed. Then, Darryl stood up shakily; he could fall to the ground at any time. Suddenly, Arthur regained his confidence and shouted, "Stand aside." In that instance, the disciples around him retreated. Arthur inhaled deeply and shouted, "Darryl, you claimed that the Five Poison Sect disciples outnumbered you. Fine. I'll fight you, one on one. I'll let all of you go if you can defeat me." As he spoke, he looked serious, but his eyes flickered with treachery.
