Her smile graced her face as she saw me but quickly disappeared, nudging Orion. “He must have had a coven cloaking him, and once he pulled the demon’s souls into his body, they now cloak not only him but the rogues we cannot see. The magic they now created with the dragon’s blood will only grow. Magic evolves and even Hecate herself can only manage so much without interfering with mortal lives.” Mortus licked his lips. “My lips are parched, my pretty little fae. Please just one kiss and I will tell more.” Scorpia shook her head.

"Really, please! I don't think it's working right! You can't just tell my body what to be. It is fighting you." The pain was growing so quickly Lexi was seeing white and black spots before his eyes. He felt everything go numb and then some of his parts were bubbling away with the invasive magic like he'd been dipped in acid. The end result of whatever Agent was trying to do was a half-tom, half-Hare hybrid mess. Lexi was shaking as he begged. "Please stop it. It hurts. You said you wouldn't hurt any of us. Turn it off. The change is about to start again."

He never thought that something like this was possible nor did he know that magic could be interesting. He raised his head and looked at Ginny before asking, “ C…Can I do it as well?” “ Yes, you can,” Ginny nodded with a smile as she lowered her head and then patted him on the head. “ As long as you are willing to work hard, anything will be possible with magic.” And so Derek had worked hard. He wanted to learn transfiguration spells and show Ginny that he was taking his studies seriously. However, when he was lost in his studies of magic, Derek ended up forgetting his shifter duties which led to another round of punishment that left him with bleeding hands.

Bruce asks me. I shake my head. "I could use a ride if you don't mind. I am not sure I am ready to drive today," I say. I know I am not ready to drive. "I can take you, but first, I have to tell you something. I made some calls while you were sorting through some things. I wanted to give you some space. I found both of your uncles. They own a little magic shop in New Orleans. It is called Elemental Magic," Bruce says.

My erratic heartbeat took on a frantic rhythm as I unfolded the paper and read the words scrawled on it. ‘Keith, I am sorry for leaving without meeting you, Keith. But you had gone to interrogate Justin, and I didn’t know when you would return. I am going to meet the Grand Magus of Oleander’s Coven. Hopefully, she will agree to heal Kramen using magic. Grand Magus is different from Oleander. She has a deep prejudice against werewolves. So, I don’t know how long it will take me to convince her. However, I promise I will come back as soon as possible.

“Francis!” I repeated, disgusted that that stupid mage had lied to me yet again. “I should’ve guessed.” Harold Woodpecker was a mage, not a wood nymph. Francis had done something to him, though, either cast a spell or put a curse on him, assuming those existed, and now he was something different than the rest of us mages. At least, he had been. Now that I’d transformed him back into his human form, perhaps he could recover and become a regular mage again.

"You'll soon learn how to do that." "What the— wow!" I looked at the dagger again. "What happened to the pen?" "It became dagger." "Yeah, but… how?" I was still dumbfounded, amazed. "Soon, sweetie. I will teach you the basics of magic. But you need to be prepared, transfiguration is one of the hardest spells to master. Only a few can do that, and that few are the best of the best in the witch and wizard world." "Oh my God, is that— I think transfiguration is what Percy was doing when I was throwing some things to him with my telepathic ability. Right, I remember that. The swords, he transformed those into snakes before they could even strike him."

They were so intent on solving a problem from their advanced magic class that they didn't hear Jake walking behind their table. "Alfred the First was the originator of the half-transformation. He harnessed his power during the full moon and was able to learn how to manipulate specific body parts in order to partially transform," Jake said, pointing down at Sam's paper and answering the question they couldn't find the answer to.

The three magic Knights Leaders went out of the portal and stood on the three chairs placed on the sides of the King’s chair. “And let’s welcome our Kingdom’s Magic Leader, King Magnus!” everyone rose from their seats to welcome the King. King Magnus is a fire mage, my father met with him once and I remembered that his aura is as tremendous as my father. He talked to me before and he was really kind but he’s aura is just so powerful that even though he showed kindness towards me, I still kept a distance.

She yelled at Sage. "You wanted to take all that was precious to me but damn it, I turned the table around." She snapped. "Your precious daughter is no more ... courtesy of me." She huffed with deep annoyance. "What?" Sage stared at her, mouth agape. He looked clearly shocked and devastated. "My darling cousin, your precious daughter is dea-" Sage's growl interrupted Melanie's speech. He growled so loud that all except Melanie had to cover their ears. His loud and deep growl didn't stop until he began to transform slowly. His body began to increase in size and his hair began to whiten from the roots. His fingernails became to grow more and in a minute, they all turned to claws.
