I rolled my eyes at him before puffing in smokes from the cigarette again. "Oh! Here she comes, our lovely Luna. Our lovely queen Luna, all hail the stubborn..." Mika was still saying in a mocking tone when I turn to glare at him. He kept quite immediately.

Julian mused back at me. "Knowing Lucy, she had already sharpened those claws to tear out your throat." Mika murmured with a stifled laugh. "Are you two always so at each other's throats?" Mika aimed to pour us some tea. She held up the pot in an attempt to ask Julian if he'd like some. He simply lifted his right hand to show his crimson wine glass. Mikaela didn't so much as falter as she sent him a smooth smile. They had spent a few days alone, maybe they had learnt to play nice with each other. A courtesy neither Julian nor I had. As far as I was concerned, she knew him a whole lot more than I did.

Danciana's POV: I couldn't believe my eyes, as I stood outside Aurelia's room, staring at Beta Liu and Aurelia kissing each other. What the hell was going on here? Beta Liu was my brother and Alpha Dante's Beta. How dared him kiss Alpha Dante's mate, Aurelia. Perhaps, it was this evil Aurelia that must have forced herself on him. Or perhaps the both of them were the ones who planned to poison Alpha Dante, and Beta Liu was comforting Aurelia because the evidence has proven that Aurelia was the one who poisoned Alpha Dante. Oh, silly me. What was I doing standing there like I'm frozen. I should bring out my phone and video them kissing. This would be my hold against them both. At least, this i
