The Alpha's Babysitter

The Alpha's Babysitter

She closed her eyes and focused on her breath, letting go of any lingering thoughts or worries and simply being in the here and now. As she opened her eyes, Hazel felt a sense of clarity and peace wash over her. The practice of meditation helped her center her mind and find balance amidst the chaos of daily life, allowing her to approach the day with a sense of calm and purpose. Feeling refreshed and energized, Hazel returned home to prepare a nourishing breakfast. She whipped up a batch of fluffy pancakes topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup, savoring each bite as she enjoyed her meal in the cozy comfort of her kitchen.

Alpha's Regret: Reclaiming his Whisperer Luna

Alpha's Regret: Reclaiming his Whisperer Luna

“It has come to our notice that you’re going through a rough patch in your life, Helena. As you’ve promised to meditate earlier, we advise you to start it now. It’ll help you to discipline your emotions, giving a better control over your soul and mind.” Well, I readily agreed with it as there was no harm in trying. I went to my mom’s courtyard after midnight, and a man completely dressed in white came to me to deliver a guidebook and a flask. “Follow the rules carefully!” He disappeared in thin air right after this order, his entry and exit were like a flash of light. Anyway, my hours-long first session truly calmed my soul, even my little angels noticed it on the breakfast table.

Artfully written and so well crafted. The plot is engaging which keeps one hooked and rushing to the next chapter. I love Helena's spirit and the way she handles tough situations. I so very much hope she never returns to that Zayden ever again. Great work author wishing more success to you.

Definitely a read. This book left me with so many emotions. Crying to yelling at the characters in this book. Clearly this writer found their calling when becoming an author. About to start reading some of their other works now. Good job on this one though.

My Substitute Boyfriend is a Werewolf

My Substitute Boyfriend is a Werewolf

"I was 19 years old when I ran into other rogues, with psychic abilities. They were able to spot Damien's control without me uttering a word, and helped for sheer reason that they wanted me to have my freedom." "That was all? They didn’t ask for anything in exchange?" "It was a guy. We gave each other companionship." I decided to mind my business at that point. That wasn't a tale that was meant for me to deal with. "so, the first thing you will have to learn if you really want to take control of your thoughts is mindfulness. You need to be present in yourself. At this very moment, at this very time." She took my hand, and I jolted, before actually relaxing.

The Rejected True Heiress

The Rejected True Heiress

“I wasn’t lying, although you should be more careful not to let your opponent—or anything else, for that matter—distract you.” Amy sighed and scratched her head. “Yeah, I know. I’ve always been a bit scatterbrained. “Want me to teach you some focusing techniques? It’s really all about breathing. Mindfulness is important in so many different ways in life.” “Sure!” Amy followed me over to the sidelines, where we sat cross-legged across from one another. I showed her a few breathwork and mindfulness techniques designed to calm the mind and bring focus. Within a few minutes, several other students had joined us. I led a brief guided meditation and instructed them to try taking just a few minutes

Great story and characters. Absolutely hooked! However do feel like the story is dragging on a bit and when you feel like its coming to a close something else happens and it starts all over again. Hoping its coming to a end soon and MC gets her happy ending.

Luna Rising

Luna Rising

I copied her position. "Meditation starts with your breath. Once you have control of your breathing, you can begin to clear your mind. Your first task is to reach a state where your mind is clear and you can turn your focus inward. From there, we'll move to the next." After several tries, I finally gained some semblance of calm. Sitting still and looking inward was difficult for me. Action was what I was familiar with, and this calm went against my nature. When I reached a state where my thoughts were quiet and my breathing deep, Elaine's soft voice carried to me. "Now, find the door to yourself. Reach for it. Release the emotions that are holding you back."

Alpha’s Blood Mate

Alpha’s Blood Mate

“Anything that might work. I’ll go get changed.” Twenty minutes later, we reached the stream and got settled. I wasn’t exactly a meditation expert, but I’d read enough about breathing exercises and mindfulness that I figured I could guide her through it. “Okay, same as before. Close your eyes. Deep breath, three seconds in, three seconds out.”

"A very expensive suit, I bet. Let me find a waiter to help clean it up." “It’s really not a big deal,” he said, his voice low and calm. “I’m usually not this clumsy,” I muttered. “Bad first impression, I know.” I braced myself, ready for the flood of thoughts that usually came with moments like this. The frustration, the silent complaints, the instant evaluation of me. But there was nothing. Wait. I blinked, my thoughts stuttering like I had missed a step I should have seen coming. Why wasn’t I hearing anything?

Claiming The Alpha

“You cheated.” I crossed my arms over my chest. “Want to tell me why you nearly broke down my door?” “Cain found this meditation technique from five hundred years ago. It is far more effective for rewiring the mind than anything we have stumbled across,” Ronan explained. “We figured that it would be perfect for you,” Leo added, his arm swinging over my shoulder as he led me downstairs. “So we are getting ready for lunch, we thought that you should try it.” “And you decided to race to see who would try it on me?”

SHADOW OF THE PAST: THE CURSED ALPHA

SHADOW OF THE PAST: THE CURSED ALPHA

“Can you teach me how to concentrate on one particular voice or the voices and noises around me. My sense of hearing are so heaightened and it's making me so uncomfortable” She chuckled at my words first before holding my hand. “One way to achieve that is to practice mindfulness and meditation technique”. “By training your mind to be in the present moment and focusing on a specific sound or voice you can block out other distractions and hone in on what you want to hear”. “This explanation might not be clear to you but don't worry I will teach you very soon on how it works”. “Thank you Alvina” I said as she finished explaining to me. “You're welcome”. She said with a smile as she drove off.

Beyond A Substitute

Beyond A Substitute

Katherine nodded back, then focused her gaze ahead, determined to stay in her own space. The instructor stood at the front, a lithe woman with a peaceful voice that carried across the field like a lullaby. “Welcome,” she said gently. “This morning, we begin with the breath. Inhale… through the nose. Hold. And exhale… let go.” Katherine closed her eyes. Inhale. Hold. Exhale. The tension in her shoulders started to ease. They moved through stretches slowly. The world was still quiet enough to hear birdsong and the wind threading through the trees. Katherine fell into the rhythm—cat-cow, warrior, tree pose—letting her thoughts drift.

I truly enjoyed this novel, the characters were realistic and genuine. The way you incorporated the characters story and the way you used the dialogue with the growth of each character through the recovery ...️‍🩹 was amazing. Would like to read more from you author!

Enjoying the book so far. I’m still new to the book. I feel that they both got what they needed in the beginning. He was hurting and found a safe place in Katherine. She lost herself in him. I can’t wait to see what happens next
