"Really? Who's the guy?" "Xavier Everest," Jesse answers. Correction-I am never trusting both of them with secrets again. It might have been my illusion but I catch Noah's smile as it instantly falls for a moment before he forces it back. He looks at me with his lips parted in surprise and I look back, unable to understand his reaction. "Xavier Everest as in..." He pauses. "Billionaire Xavier Everest?" I nod, slowly, tearing my eyes away from Noah and taking another sip of my milkshake.

“What is this place?” Noa’s voice was hollow. “These are the versions of me she tried to create.” They moved deeper. Mirror after mirror. Each worse than the last. Tortured. Programmed. Destroyed. Until The last one. A reflection of Noa as he was now. Alive. Bleeding. Loved. But the image moved before he did. It blinked. Noa stared. The mirror shattered. And behind it Eve stood, gun raised again, this time point-blank.

Chloe stated matter of fact Mirage couldn't deny that her face turned red when she realized that they saw right through her. But she didn't say anything about that and continued drinking her cup. Dr. Travis gave a sigh. He took one last glance at Nicolo before focusing back at Mirage. " Alright! So what do you plan to do now? " Nicolo and the old man shared a look before giving each other a slight nod and looked straight at Dr. Travis. " About what? " Mirage said, sounding indifferent.

Could Noah do something this desperate? And how was Mirable interconnected with all of this drama? Or did she plan this alongside him?

The naturally proud set of his shoulders sloped, and as Xavier drew closer, he saw that the male was ashen and distraught. “Don’t come any closer, Xavier.” Noah’s tone was clear and full of warning, causing Xavier to draw up short. He stared at the male, and the newly crowned Eclipse Alpha stared back, face hardening against the fiery, apocalyptic backdrop that had only recently been his coronation ceremony. “Why?” Xavier demanded. “What did you have to gain?” Pain and anger flashed across Noah’s face as he grimaced, “Not a damn thing. This wasn’t my doing, Xavier.”

I remain silent during this process, still not sure what to think about this situation. “Oh, this isn’t good.” Axel exclaims, checking his phone. “I have an alert, the police are looking for a fugitive with telekinetic abilities who may be able to identify a high-risk Abnormal known as a ‘Mimic’.” He looks confused and turns to Myah, “Do you know what a Mimic is?” He asks. She doesn’t show any reaction but simply states; “I can’t think of anything relating to that, CC?” Myah looks towards her sister for a further response,

“Together.” Margaux raised both her hands. All the windows of the mansion shattered at once. Black mist filled the hall. Amid the chaos, Noah finally stepped inside. Everyone immediately turned to look at him. “Noah,” Selene murmured. Noah’s gaze wasn’t directed at Lilith or Lucas. Instead, he stared at Margaux over there for a very long time. “It turns out I’m the one who’s always been most like you,” Noah muttered. Margaux laughed. “No. You’re just a pale shadow of me. I created a monster, but you chose to live by becoming that monster yourself.”

Every tree, every rock, every gust of wind seemed to whisper of dangers lurking just beyond the horizon. Lia’s wrist-mark had been flaring with more intensity over the past few days, the power within her growing stronger, and yet more volatile. The strange "Mirror Soul" ability—this gift, or curse—was becoming harder to control. Every time she replicated magic, it drained her energy, leaving her weak and vulnerable. But she couldn’t stop. “What is it?” I stepped forward, hesitant but determined. “I know it might sound ridiculous, but… I saw someone. A man. In my mirror this morning. Grey hair, stormy eyes, but not old. He wasn’t just a reflection either—he was there. Staring at me. And then he just disappeared.” Aurora’s expression didn’t change much, but I saw it—just a flicker, a shift in her eyes. She wasn’t surprised. “Mirrors,” she said slowly, “aren’t always what they seem. Especially not to someone… awakening.”
