Marshall shook my hand gently while throwing a mocking look at Noah. Noah pulled me away from Marshall again. This time he looked pissed. “I don’t like my slave getting too close with men. You better stay away, Marshall.” Noah warned him with a dangerous tone, followed by a ferocious growl. “You know what my wolf can do if you cross the line.” I noticed Marshall, Dahlia, and Willa swallowed at the same time. They took two steps away from Noah, looking like they were in pain. Turning my gaze from them, I gazed at Noah. His eyes… bled into golden, beautiful but empty, golden orbs.

He catches me staring and snaps, "Take a picture darling, it'll last longer." I instantly turn away and growl. He's so mean! He was never mean before! Now he pretty much hates me! NOAH I just caught Mia staring and I snapped. I couldn't stand her staring at me anymore now that she's agreed to pretty much take it slow with...Soul. I internal growl just at the thought. I keep walking fast so than I don't have to look at her. I pass her and inhale a wif of her scent. I chill went down my spine. She smells so good. Like Vanilla. I love vanilla. I shake my head. How can I doubt this, after what Stace has done to me, having killed me, now this? Noah and I share the same blood colour…there has to be some explanation. “Cian, my blood is purple. I’m not normal,” I remind him. My mate’s posture deflates, but his defiance is still evident in the way his jaw clenches and his eyes remain stern. If it weren’t for the crackling fire behind us, the silence in this room would be deafening.

His face remained composed, but his jaw clenched tightly. “Repeat that,” Xavier said, voice low and dangerous. Noah stepped closer. “You heard me. You married a woman who can’t give you children. Liora will never give you a child. So what makes you think you’ve won, huh?” Xavier stared at him, long and hard—long enough to freeze any man’s blood. Then, without warning, Xavier stepped forward until they were inches apart. His icy eyes locked with Noah’s. “Watch your filthy mouth.”

Everything else around me fades away. What?... No..... That's not possible! "How is this possible?" I whisper. Right after I say that I hear a low deep vibrating growl that came from behind me and sent a shiver down my spine. I look over my shoulders to see Xavier standing there staring at the same person. His body tensed and his jaw locked as his body trembled. .... Third Person's POV Noah stays in human form as a swiftly moves through the group of warriors. He moves almost as if he's dancing as he twists turns and leaps over the enemies.

Haden said. Mira did not look at him. She kept her eyes on me. “I am a Mirage. You said it yourself. I can split and morph. I can learn a scent and breed it into my skin. If I take enough of your blood and your scent and your manner, I can be close enough. It will follow me instead of you. I can run it in circles forever. You can finish the bond with your mate and lock the gate.” I stared at her. “That is not how this works.”

It gleamed so brightly that one could tell that it was very mysterious at a glance. “Junior Montgomery, Junior Kaye, it’s ready. We’re about to head to that miraculous place now.” Noah smiled mysteriously at Caspian and Maya as he thrust a jade identification badge into the array. With a gleam, Noah instantly disappeared into the array. Maya subconsciously looked up into midair but did not see anything.

"Call me crazy, Noah, but I think this focusing shit really works for you." They went at it for a while before Abel called their sparring session done. First thing Noah did was glance over in Roni's direction. She was standing by the treadmill, drinking from her water bottle. When she finished, she wiped her forehead with a towel. She glanced at him then smiled when she saw him looking. "Geez, she's as bad as you are," Abel nudged Noah before stepping out of the ring. Noah laughed but didn't say what he was thinking. He sure as hell hoped so.

Mirage held the spellbook firmly in her hands and her eyes were filled with vengeance and death. There were no signs of Xaden which made me panic even more. The king was also vanished, but I did see our warriors trying to fight the bears, and failing miserably. “Mirage!” I called out to her, trying to get her attention. I spoke over the wind from the storm and the chaos that was going on around us. For a moment, I didn’t think she heard me, but then her eyes turned to my direction and narrowed. “Please! You have to stop this. I thought you wanted peace!”

he said, already holding out the glass again. Mira chuckled softly. “You act like you’re trying to forget something.” “Maybe I am,” Noah muttered, his eyes fixed on the stars above, distant and unreachable, like everything he’d been feeling lately. This time, when she handed him the second glass, he didn’t drink immediately. Instead, his gaze drifted to her legs tucked beneath her, her face bathed in moonlight. “You sitting here with me like this... your husband must’ve granted permission, no?” he asked.
