“The room was enveloped in darkness, there was a sound of droplets hitting the ground, the room smelled like a rotting corpse. There was a tapping on the door like someone was baning in morse code. The sound stopped when a large metal door opened a monster showed up. There was a pounding against the wall and one of the lights flickered on, the light brightened the room. But the people in the room were better off not knowing who put them there, the monster walked closer to the people chained and shackled against the wall. Then she walked away, and slammed the door behind her, leaving me rooted to my spot in total bewilderment. What do I do? I dropped to my knees as tears rolled down my cheeks, all I heard were her last words that kept replaying in my head. 'A Monster' 'It's over! It's OVER!'

Thorny vines shot out of the woods and wrapped themselves around one of the monsters, trapping it but it wouldn't hold for long. They had almost gotten to me when the mist popped out six huge monsters, five of which immediately went into action. The winged monster didn't, instead, it trotted to me and nuzzled my cheek, making me smile. The Egran, which I had decided to name my monsters, fought with Karissa's scorpion-wolves with such speed that stunned the scorpion-wolves themselves at first.
