I wait til I hear feel the cold air drifting into the kitchen and the soft sound of a door closing before glancing into the hallway again. Through the doors glass I could see Embers back to me. The left side of her body was eliminated white from the moon and her hair looked like silver threads as they hung down her back. Creeping towards the door she shifts and a second later a see a silvery gold wolf dashing across the snow, her body low as she ran.

"What do you want? Do you know whose lady this is? You better leave now!" "Blah, blah, blah!" Scarface said nonchalantly. "Who cares about who she belongs to. As long as I look at her face, I will let her go. But don't think you can just escape from my hand." The three dark figures next to each other laughed and agreed. One of them with a big mole on his face said. "Ronan, this other little human girl looks pretty too. She's so beautiful. You can give her to us if you don't want to."

"Ronan! Target the center boulder on the upper shelf! Spears on my mark!" "Brace!" Ronan yelled, six of his strongest Moonridge warriors stepping forward, their heavy, silver-tipped spears balanced over their shoulders. "Launch!" The weapons flew through the howling wind, striking the frost-cracked stone with a deafening crack. The ancient boulder splintered, the structural integrity of the upper ledge vanishing in a single heartbeat. A massive wave of snow, ice, and heavy stone came cascading down, burying the first line of Blood Moon archers before they could release their strings.

Water descended from the sky in minuscule drops that mirrored the light of the waning moon. I wore my pajamas and stare at the window for a minute. I see stars. A night full of stars, a night that has a bright full moon. A beautiful nightsky scenery before sleeping. I grab my phone and took a photo of the nightsky. This was a best night. I smiled and turn off my lamp and get ready to bed. Before sleeping, i took my phone and looked at the photo i shot. I find the photo...weird but beautiful. The photo contains a moon with a...howling wolf? I scratch my eyes to see it once again and the howling wolf was gone. All i can see is a beautiful and bright moon, nothing else.
