She was very ill yet nothing seemed to help. Different physicians were brought yet none could save her. The bridge between the wolves and the moon goddess, the Ancient One also could not see anything. What is happening? Not finding a solution coupled with the silence of the Moon Goddess made him worried. Alpha Kelvin walked over to his Luna and gently brushed her hair with his hands. Even while asleep, a beautiful smile eluded her lips. He placed a kiss on her soft lips and her stomach before walking back outside. “She will be fine” Elvis smiled, seeing a hint of sadness and fear on the Alpha’s face, despite the Alpha trying to hide it. Not able to utter a word, the Alpha nodded in response.

I finally asked, with my voice sounding like thunder. “Rory, we'll have to fight back. " We have to gather allies who are willing to fight and break out of the darkness that is trying to overwhelm us, she said in a fierce tone, as the fire in her eyes lit up at that instant. “However, you must take this along..." She immediately put her hands in her pocket, and brought out a mysterious-looking stone. The surface looked very smooth and clear, it looked very crystal clear. In the center, I recognized a painting from one of the pack meetings. It symbolized an emblem of both royalty and classical aura.

Just below the Alpha’s mark. It was a crescent moon and blood moon, right next to each other.

Her head jerked back and a sharp gasp of air sucked into her lungs as if she’d been doused with icy water. Wolves gathered around in a large forest clearing. Some in human form, some in their fur. The moon was high in the sky and every one of them surrounded a large dais that rose several feet into the air. It looked as if it might have been carved out of an ancient tree stump. A figure dressed in white slowly climbed the steps that had been carved into one side of the tree stump.

It didn't look as trashed and otherwise as harmed as the outside, it looked nice. I stood up slowly, taking in the initial mural on the wall immediate to the entrance. It depicted a woman in a blue flowing gown, standing atop an ocean, she was looking at the sky with her hands lifted. And in her grip was two moons; a waxing moon and a waning moon. It was a painting of the moon goddess, Selene.

After I shower, I opt for a wife beater and a pair of loose-fitting shorts. My right forearm is still scabbed over from my latest tattoo. Every time I look at it, I am proud that I now have my pack displayed on my body. It had taken me a while to draw out the design just the way I wanted it to look. It depicts a full moon coming up over a hazy horizon. A wolf's head with bright red eyes is baring its teeth as it emerges forth from the moons' surface.

While the plant provides power for most of the state, it does not require that many employees to run it so the town remains small. Amaris threw off the plain white sheets and rolled out of the twin bed that lay nestled against the wall and in the corner of the room. When she was a child, Amaris would push the bed back against the wall every night so that she could lay at the foot of her bed and look out her window at the moon. There was nothing more beautiful than the sight of the full moon in all her glory.

Fortunately, she was in the middle of the deck, being bathed in moonlight, and likely would be for most of the night. Leaving Selene there with one guard and one Omega, the other wolves left to join the Wolf Moon party. Liana had shifted, the Alpha and Luna were happily mated, Selene was recovering and would probably wake, healthy and whole, very soon. Everyone was light-hearted and anxious to celebrate. Snow fell soft and steady from clouds that were separated just enough to show the full moon. The tiny flakes sparkled and shimmered their way to the ground like confetti, as though the Goddess herself had thrown some down to celebrate with them. It was a perfect night for a celebration.

**UNKNOWN POV** The room was dark...too dark for normal people. There was just a tiny bulb glimmering. But even in the darkness, I could clearly see the symbol of the moon that had been taunting me. There was only one window in the room, which was guarded heavily by the wooden blocks and then with a layer of newspaper. I couldn't see the moonlight, not until I found her. I was looking at the photograph of the mark in my hand.
