The Demon Queen's Desire

The Demon Queen's Desire

Madison instructed. Bethany followed her instruction. Madison allowed her claws to come out and laid them carefully on Bethany’s neck. The sharp, semi-curved tips grasped at the back of her neck while her thumb nail came to the pulse on the right side of Bethany’s throat. I leaned forward. No one had seen one of these spells in centuries. At least, no one who was permitted to reveal it. “We invoke the Morrigan. The triple goddess. The shapeshifting goddess. Goddess of war, fate, and kings. Join us here to observe the oath of this child.” Madison spoke sternly and with authority.

I truly enjoyed reading this book. There were parts the the feeling became very intense and I had to put it down. Then, once I was ready, I picked it back up and couldn’t put it down until it was finished. The story played in my head, predicting what might happen next, and I found it hard to sleep. TY

This is one of the most riveting books I have had the pleasure to read. Even though I haven’t slept in 2 days I couldn’t put it down and finished reading it over the past 6 hours. While it is a story of wars, rape, beatings and constant struggles reading it has allowed me to find peace. Thanks 💕

The Huntress - Luna Eileen

The Huntress - Luna Eileen

“Eileen, It was amazing. A raven flew down and dropped a slab of meat this morning for me, and then sat watching me all morning. Then a great wolf came by later and wondered on the far side of the creek. I swear though, the raven gives me the creeps. I think it flies by every time I try to bathe in the creek.” “Stay away from the raven,” I said, a hint of jealousy rising. “Why?” “Morrigan can get a bit insistent if you indulge her.” “Morrigan? You mean that dark-haired girl with the red eyes? She is a shapeshifter?” “Yes, and more than that. Come, let’s go inside.” If he thought he was hallucinating, at least it could be a good hallucination right? Makya’s eyes glinted. “Before we were so ru

Normally not a witch/werewolf fan but this novel held my interest. The history research done by the author makes the characters more real. I’m really enjoying the suspense, surprise, humor and the love scenes are pretty hot and descriptive. Keep up the good work!
Angelis
Very nice writing style. The author is able to portray scenes in a vivid way and bring them to life. I would suggest to keep the flow going throughout the chapter. If not possible then put the time skip in the next chapter.

The Lost Daughter of Blood Moon

The Lost Daughter of Blood Moon

She looked up at me and I could see the storm she was fighting within herself, she was going to get consumed by it again, she took a deep breath, “I had never shifted until a few months back, actually the night we met; was the first time I had ever shifted” “Why?” “The Alpha of our pack in Mexico forbade me from doing so, she said it was to protect me, but she lied. She made me train only in my human form and one day my trainer and friend could not take it anymore and he told me that I possessed the Morrigan Wolf, she is the goddess of wolves and the sister of the moon goddess. When I found out, I ran away but I put my friends in danger. Toni is Nelly’s father”

Orphan Luna

I have a skeptical look on my face but give her the control she’s asking for; not that she needs my permission apparently. Looking down for a brief second, my head rises with one confident swoop. “Hello Lee”. Lee bows, “goddess”. I am inside still and can see and hear everything she is saying but it isn’t me speaking. Our movements are slow, methodical and precise as opposed to my chaotic and clumsy nature. “Emma” she says, “I am Morrigan. I am your wolf and your guide, you are my guide as well. You show me things and places I wouldn’t be able to see without your eyes and your soul.” I feel her hug me with a sense of gratitude for allowing her to reside within me.

PAWN OR QUEEN

PAWN OR QUEEN

Ander growls at her through their mind-link, though physically he remains silent and unmoving, not even turning to look at her. Letting out a small huff of irritation, Morrigan complies, sitting back down. She attempts to slow her own breathing in order to calm herself down. There’s nothing she can do about it now, she tells herself. “Are you upset with me for beating you in the tournament?” Ander asks, surprising her. Morrigan turns to look at him, but he’s still sitting facing the opposite direction. She turns back and thinks about her answer. “No, I’m not upset with you. Why would I be?” she questions.

his smile was sultry. “The Great Rite,” Aislen murmured. “Well, we do plenty of that,” she replied to Rhett. “We could do more,” Rhett smirked. “So, what does the Moon Goddess or The Morrigan have to do with me?” Aislen repeated. “I don’t know,” Talen answered her. “Except that The Morrigan is a goddess of prophesy,” he raised an eyebrow. “It seemed too much of a coincidence to overlook the relationship considering our discussion in the car.”

Please give this poor girl some justice in this story, her ending up with her rapists all the time and feeling guilty for not understanding their rape, abuse and torture of her is NOT JUSTICE!!! I am still waiting for her realize that she never did anything wrong or that she doesn't owe them shit!

Fantastic follow up to the first book. I keep going back to the first one to reread the corresponding chapters. It’s so good to see all the perspectives. I cannot wait to see what happens next. Such a clever way to present a story. I’m hooked. I’ll read anything this author puts out at this point.

MORGANA

MORGANA

He explains. "Right.." I say shifting on my feet nervously. I'm about to ask him another question when my wolf suddenly starts howling inside of me and I feel a sharp pain in my stomach and my head and everywhere. 'Wolfsbane!!' Morgan exclaims from inside of me and I suddenly feel disconnected from her. I feel a sensation like she's slipping away from me but I can still faintly feel her. "Morgana?" Reece says my name and I let out an excruciating scream because the pain just got worse and I don't think I can sense my wolf anymore.

The Pack's Rebels

The Pack's Rebels

“Mother Morrigan, empress and queen, Prophet, warrior, keeper of dreams, Giver of life, and guidance in death, With us from first until our last breath, Bless us now with your power, Help us in our needful hour. Bring a storm, lightning, and thunder, With which to tear our enemies asunder, Clouds dark as death in the sky, Lightning that flashes and attracts the eye, Thunder to make our enemies fear, And not to know that we draw near.” Aislen felt the pull of power, and with it the temptation to release and let hers go, however, fearful of harming the witches and warlock around her as she had done with Bianca, she controlled it, letting it flow through her in a steady stream rather than the g

ANDREA

ANDREA

Biting my lip in concentration. "I think I'm done," I say, his face is outstanding better already. Patching itself together as though nothing happened. He doesn't move, "you're beautiful." I flush. Looking down and picking at my cracked nails. "Stop." Chris merely smiles, "You are Andrea. And I'm going to remind you every chance I get." I fumble to words, to any response. I've never considered myself beautiful. My almost platinum blonde hair was weirdly natural and my blue eyes where so light they sometimes seemed to reflect clouds. But beautiful? No.
