Marla announced. As a crowd gathered to meet us, Alexander appeared, stepping forward to take her from Rudy. He looked at her with a heavy brow and a hard-set mouth, his disappointment with her pouring from him like smoke from a chimney. “You’ve put us through a lot of grief, Scar,” he grumbled. “First we thought you’d run away just to spite us. For a while we even thought the Lauchair's had killed you.” His mouth curled into a hideous, hateful snarl as he said, “But to find out you’d abandoned us to be with one of them… you couldn’t have cut us more deeply!”

I will survive and I will kill him. When Scar got tired, he sat down in the chair and huffed. "Have to say you are one strong motherfucker! But your mafia is weak." My jaw tightened. "They'll track me down, and then I'll show you how weak my gang is!" I screamed. "I highly doubt that. Your wife is running around playing the leader, you know. Saying everyone to call her guv or some shit! Haha! Little bitch. I'm going to like taking that one out. I plan to do it sooner than you think, and it will be easy," he said with a chuckle.

Ayla whispered to Nixx. “It will be alright,” Nixx whispered back. Scar muttered something that sounded a lot like ‘bloody half-elf’ and ‘teach you to respect me.’ He looked a few more moments at Nixx, but in the end, he put the whip back in its place and got on his horse. By now, Ayla did not doubt that Scar was evil. But she could not understand why Nixx, who was a much better person, would travel with someone like Scar.

Lucas asked, giving her a pouty face that made her laugh. "Is that supposed to blackmail me into feeling bad, it's a good face for one and you're already forgiven but not because of the face but because you deserve it." Scar said and Lucas sighed in relief. "Thank you so much." "You're welcome, I'm off to bed now, you two have an awesome night," Scar said, ending their conversation. "You too." They both said and went back to playing games, it was cute that they all resolved their issues and decided to give each other chances.

I screamed while tears are streaming down my face. “Now, they can not take you away from me,” Tiara smirked at me and caressed my cheeks where she slapped me earlier. “You will not get hurt if you just follow me,” she said and started the engine. But as soon as we moved, another bumped into us. The impact was so hard. I am not wearing my seat belts so my head bumped into the dashboard.

Then, I watch Luca at alert. His pupils were dilated. I knew that happened when his wolf resurfaced. It was insanely impossible. Yet, I had to ask. “Who are you?” I asked immediately. An evil smirk replayed at his facial structures. It was so evident that this was not the Luca I knew. His forehead was abnormally shiny and veins were at the lower part of his eye. The fireplace seemed running out of heat for scar and Lorna. Lorna is scar's human mate. They haven't actually claimed each other since they just met, but Lorna and I were friends before.
