Pulling out my phone, my thumb hovered over the screen as I typed out a message. I wasn’t particularly close to Briella. These past few days, trying to play detective with her, had opened up a sweeter side of her that I’ve never seen before and I’m going to miss her. I think that as I get out of the elevator but stop in my tracks as I see Lily's back. I am 6 feet tall and even in heels Lily's reaches my neck but she still looks tall without it. If someone came in, they would think she was sleeping, however, with her eyes closed, she could read the system book comfortably without distractions. The system set a barrier around her that cancelled the outside noise while it went to browse the internet to get familiar with the outside world and keep itself busy. Every skill needs to be practised and so after reading the book from the first page to the last page twice, Lily decided to do some practical work and make sure she was familiar with the basics.

Damien POV: The moon cast a soft luminescence through the windows of my chamber as night enveloped the estate in its mysterious embrace. I found myself alone with Lily, the air thick with anticipation. She moved with deliberate sensuality, each step a tantalizing dance as she slowly shed her clothes, revealing her body to me with a sultry gaze.
