Mia pulled over to the available parking spot and got out of the car. There was a large window that gave Mia a glimpse of the store. There were shelves of antiques and bottles that reminded her of witchcraft. She checked the address again and confirmed that this was indeed the spot. She folded the document which was the second page of the documents that Luca had sent her into her pocket. As she entered the store, the bell above the door dinged, signaling her entry. There was the sound of shuffling. “Welcome to small wishes and print.” A cheerful voice said from behind the counter. She'd been sitting down, her leg propped on the wooden counter but when she spotted Mia, she sprung to her feet.

I stopped by the coffee shop and got a coffee and doughnut. Sitting at an outside table I watched as a few humans walked around, some couples held hands while children were playing at a small park. I can’t help but to do the same, with a grin plastered across my cold face. Within half an hour, we arrive at Marisa’s “shop”. It’s more of a hut really, located just off a winding road and tucked into a grove of pines. It’s got a tall, pointed roof that curls slightly at the tip, and the siding is made of dark wooden shingles. There’s a light glowing in the window, which means that Marisa is here. Nancy parks the snowmobile and we hop off. As we approach the door, I can see a little wooden sign that reads “Fortunes, Fates, & Familiars”.
