his voice boomed in the crisp air of the morning, turning the remaining heads who'd point blanked ignored him. "I don't know what this is all about" he continued "this is The Greatest Showman shit". The older members snickered among themselves. He covered his mouth. This were kids, they weren't supposed to cuss yet. "I meant sheep". More snickering. "I don't know who did all these but if you think you just pranked a whole school, then you're jolly wrong. The bubble bath will be used to clean all germs you guys have brought here". All that in one breath.

He walks over to the row of urinals, unzips and relieves himself. {It’s my fault,} a voice speaks inside his head. {Please don’t get mad at Katey.} In Nate’s surprise, he turns partly around and his steady stream of pee turns into a rimshot splash. “Oh… shoot!’ He quickly goes back to center and just tries to look over his shoulder. “Wh-who said that? Who’s there?” {You can hear me perfectly fine inside your head. There’s no need for you to turn around.} “Hyung?” Nate asks, using the Korean word for bro. “Your voice sounds different.”

I yelled shoving the books. "Like dude! Who can solve this?" Jack threw his hands in exasperation. "You guys are lazy, see I'm done with mine." Nathan said showing us his complete work. "I never knew you were a nerdy bastard." I said. "I'm not, I just happen to study S-T-U-D-Y." He spelt. "We're not dumb okay? No need to spell it idiot." Jack rolled his eyes. "Then solve it Mr we're not dumb." Nathan chuckled with his fingers as quotation signs.

“Give her some time to calm down and then talk to her, just think about what you're going to say before you open your mouth.” I could hear Ayla laughing in my head, knowing fully well that thinking before I speak was not my strong point. “Yeah, I guess,” I typed back. Seconds later, a photo of Nathan wearing a pair of fake reindeer antlers and a festive cardigan popped up on my screen with the caption, “going carolling, will check in on you tomorrow.” “Enjoy!” I responded before I closed the chat screen and continued with my assignment.

I couldn’t help but feel a pang of sadness at the thought of all the pain he had endured; it seemed so unfair that someone with such a bright spirit had to carry so much sorrow. As time went by, I noticed that Neil was gradually becoming less reserved. Sometimes, I would jokingly encourage him, saying, “Why don’t you send them a voice message? They’d love to hear you speak!” At first, he was shy, clutching his phone and hesitating for what felt like an eternity. "For a friend you're mean".I pout and Trent laugh.
