Tora yelled back as she came out of the bedroom with no shirt on. “Whoa. First off you need to put a shirt on otherwise you won’t be leaving this apartment for a while and I’ll miss patrol duty.” I said looking her up and down. It was getting harder and harder to hold back my lycan. He wanted to complete the mating process weeks ago. Tora just stuck her tongue out at me and then pulled a t-shirt over her head. “What’s the second thing then?” She asked. “Do dragons go into a heat type thing like wolves do?” I asked.

Dark Dragon

Dark Dragon

She jerked the sheet up over her bare breasts as Drago walked into the room. “My little mate,” he purred as he climbed back in the bed with her, “Why are you covering yourself when I have already seen your beauty?” His onyx hair fell in a wild mess about his shoulders, as he pulled her into his strong arms. “Dragons aren’t shy, my love,” he chuckled, “In fact, we love it when our mates walk around naked.” Madchen palmed her forehead, her cheeks flushing feverishly. Her hair was a mess, and she hadn’t brushed her teeth, in fact she was barely awake, naked as the day she was born, and she felt vulnerable and exposed.

I love this book! The story is very captivating! My only complaint is that some chapters are repeated and some excerpts of chapters are repeated, causing you to pay more than what is worth. But that isn't on the author and should be fixed by Good Novel.

I gotta give the author mad props. I mean I’m flying through this book like mad. I know the story is ongoing but come on board. So find a comfortable spot and your favorite drink and get lost in this. Oh don’t forget your blanket my house is cold. They have the air WAY TO LOW

Clouded By The Stars: New Moon

Clouded By The Stars: New Moon

Delores chuckled, shaking in excitement as she considered the kind of chaos her warning would cause in the dragon race. “I hope they have forgotten about me. I miss slaying dragons.” She licked her lips with a maniacal smile on her face. A bloodthirsty aura that could engulf the world escaped her frame momentarily, dying the sky outside red; yet it was but for a moment. She dared not thirst for long, for she feared awakening the girl sleeping on her couch. “Sigh, I wish I could see it for myself – how lizards squirm.”

The Rejected Omega's Lost Baby

The Rejected Omega's Lost Baby

Well, that’s one less thing to worry about. Now all I need is to get down…but…then again…the dragon is really warm. Maybe I just close my eyes for a bit? The dragon’s breath is slow and steady underneath me. It’s comforting in its rhythm, like a lullaby that persuades you to fall asleep with it. Deciding to follow his example, I snuggle against his warm scales and relax. The dragon acts as a comfortable mattress. Despite my disbelief at his growth and eating habits, I feel a strange sense of security. My mind starts to wander off as exhaustion creeps over me.

he asked, his voice laced with panic. The man’s breath hitched in irritation. “You fired up the dragon, so now you gotta put him back to sleep.” Dale shuddered, unable to suppress a dry laugh. He might have rolled his eyes if it weren’t for the way his body was locked in survival mode. “I’m not going anywhere near your dragon. Get your hands off me.”

The Alpha Dragon’s Prisoner

The Alpha Dragon’s Prisoner

If it were he who had awoken first he would scream bloody murder until he was fed. Once the milk is warm I settle her into the crook of my arm as I hand her the bottle. Even though they are only a few weeks old they are already able to hold them for themselves. She drinks the bottle greedily as her eyes start to droop. My dragon and I keep the purring in our chest consistent to lull her back to sleep. For some strange reason she refuses to sleep with us unless we do the sound. In fact, he himself wasn't feeling that good after sucking the contaminated blood away from Mia's veins. " Are you feeling sleepy already? " Xie joked. " When we were little, you know the good old days of our bird kind, where we lived under our own king and Queen.... there was this folk lore about a False Dragon Lord .... A Dragon without any hands or legs...they used it to scare us to sleep you know... " Boshu smiled as he slowly closed his eyes on Roe's lap. " A dragon without hands or legs.... " Mia wondered aloud. " That's no dragon... that's a snake... "

Seven Magics Academy

I commanded softly, though I knew she would do what she pleased. As she exited, I watched her disappear into the trees. I had a feeling she was after more watermelon juice. With nothing to do but wait, I removed my satchel and lay down on my side, careful to keep my bare feet off the downy covers and my wings from getting smashed. As an original, I needed very little sleep, less than most other creatures, especially humans. Or dragons. They could sleep through the centuries. I rarely became tired, but I found myself so exhausted I closed my eyes.

My Pretty Dirty Kitten

My Pretty Dirty Kitten

“You always are. Because you’re big and scary.” “Rude,” I say, lying back dramatically. “I am just a misunderstood dragon.” She climbs onto a cushion and raises a plastic sword. “Dragons in my town don't get misunderstood. They get defeated.” I let out a low growl and crawl toward her on all fours, making exaggerated roaring sounds. She shrieks with laughter and scrambles over the pillows, nearly tripping over her own feet. “Kevin, no cheating,” she yells. “You can’t breathe fire yet.”

he told her and he did what he had wanted to do all along. He put the beer down on the table and pulled her onto his lap. His nose found the crook of her neck and he held her close. He could feel her relaxing into him. “It’s not that simple, Max. I told you that dragons have been hunted. To avoid being killed, they have developed certain strategies. The first is secrecy. No one can kill you if they don’t know you’re a dragon,” she sighed. “That’s why you weren’t allowed to tell anyone,” he said, still holding her close.
