Nightmare Moon In The Moon Novels & Stories

But that was before she stole my husband and my life. I stop walking, I am definitely lost. Defeated I sit down on a nearby rock, rest my head in my hands and just start sobbing. I lay back on the wet moss basically giving up. It’s getting dark and I see the light of the moon in the sky. It looks like it’s a full moon tonight. Usually I appreciate the full moon, a symbol of change, but I was too miserable to appreciate anything right now. I’m also worried I might have to spend the night out here in the cold, in soaking wet clothing.

Logan and I said at the same time. A ghost of a smile touched Nathan's lips. "Still so in sync with your mate, I see. Very well." He took a deep breath. "Three nights ago, I was visited by the Moon Goddess herself." I felt Logan's disbelief through our bond, but I stayed quiet. Something in Nathan's voice made me think he was telling the truth. "She showed me a vision," Nathan continued. "Of the blood moon rising over both our territories. I saw Selene, standing between two flames. One golden, one silver. She had to choose which one to keep burning. The other would go out forever."

Ellen spoke for the first time. "What pack are you from?" Maddox paused and almost hesitated when he said death moon pack. All the Color drained from Ellen's face, and she sat down on the ground. The death moon pack was the most dangerous and violent pack in North America. They were known for absorbing packs. They owned almost as much land as the mountain moon pack. She couldn't possibly go with him. But this is who the moon goddess chose for her.

“Does the Moon Goddess think giving me an Omega mate is some kind of joke?” My chest tightened painfully there it is, I thought the disgust. I lowered my gaze to the floor and waited because rejection had to come next it always did but instead he laughed softly more cold and cruel. “Let’s see who the joke ends up being on.” Then he stepped away leaving me confused and terrified and somehow even more afraid than before. Damon I came to Moon Night Pack because of dreams for months I had been seeing flashes whenever I slept there were blood, red eyes, a woman crying and a voice repeating the same words over and over.

If there was anything in the world that Liam Watcher hated more than small town football, it was being the star of small town football. Well that, and vampires. As his alarm blared loudly by the side of his bed for a six in the morning wake up call for his football game, he slammed his hand on the alarm clock. He sighed angrily, then sat up and rubbed his eyes. After a long night of playing games and hanging out with his friends, he felt exhausted. How was he supposed to go to bed early for the game when his friends needed him in Call of Duty? Now, however, he wished he had gone to bed earlier. His eyes were bloodshot and crunchy from the lack of sleep.

I said, laughing disdainfully, “I will take revenge on you, tear you to pieces!” Rowan grinned, saying mockingly, “I look forward to your return, your majesty!” As soon as his words fell off his mouth, his arm swiftly and accurately pierced my chest, precisely digging out my heart. Blooms of blood appeared on the bed sheet, like some kind of cruel artwork. “Moon Goddess, please give me a chance to be reborn!” I silently pleaded, just before my heart was harvested. At this moment, the dazzling full moon suddenly emitted a blinding white light.

**The Silent Treatment** Elder Thorne stood beneath the ethereal glow of the moonlight, his heart swelling with both reverence and awe as he faced the moon goddess, a divine figure of unmatched beauty and power. Her silvery robes flowed around her like a celestial waterfall, shimmering gently as the soft breeze rustled the leaves overhead. The moon's radiant light poured forth, illuminating the sacred glade where he had ventured, his spirit filled with hope and purpose, seeking the moon goddess's wisdom to guide Caden, the young alpha, in his quest for a suitable luna.

Luna, in turn, regaled them with cosmic anecdotes, weaving a tapestry of celestial wonders that captivated the Blackmoon audience. As the night deepened, the moon cast its silvery glow over the Blackmoon landscape. Luna, surrounded by the warmth of newfound friends, felt a sense of cosmic kinship that transcended the boundaries of realms. The Blackmoon enclave, once veiled in shadows, now stood as a testament to the transformative power of celestial intervention.

“Let me make you feel something, Kaine. Let me make you feel good.” I heard my heart pounding in my ears and with that I jumped up. Drenched in sweat and panting on my bed. In my room in the pack house. The curtains were open and moonlight poured into the room. The moon goddess was generous to give us light at night to see, and to accompany us, showing that we were hers. But tonight, I felt not the gratitude that came from the moon. My nightmare was haunting me. It was in my blood, in my veins and down to my very being.

she added which I nodded to. But I knew better of what she is saying and that is what I am after. Vanessa held a secret, one that could change everything. After the conversation with my mother I left for the grand hall. The pack gathered below, their faces filled with anticipation as they all awaited my speech. Last night was full of jubilation. I raised my hands, silencing the murmurs as slowly the murmurs died while all eyes were on me to speak. "My pack, tonight marks a new era. The Moon Ball ceremony will solidify our unity and strength. As I Alpha Alexander took over the throne of my father, late Alpha Alain" I paused looking around the people gathered.
