Nightmare Moon In The Moon Novels & Stories

I instructed Mayra in a stiff voice, but my wolf stirred inside me. It made me more restless than I already was. I put my hands on the handles of the crash cart and leaned down a little. “Give the injection right at the same place. Inject Winter, Luna Hailley, and my mother first.” I added and then looked out of the window. It was dark outside, but I saw the Moon shining brightly in the sky. “It’s a blood moon tonight.” I whispered while tilting my head a little. “What about it? This is not the time to be distracted, Maddie.” Mayra asked me worriedly, sounding distressed and frustrated.

I watched the moon grow fatter through the mouth of the cave, counting the days until the inevitable. Then came the night of the Blood Moon. It hung in the sky like a bruised eye, fierce and alluring. This was the night the Moonlight Howl went feral. It was the peak of the heat cycle, a time when the pack’s inhibitions dissolved into a chaotic blur of lust. Normally, I would have been in the Moonlight Hall, locked in Ahri’s arms. But even with the bond shredded, the connection hadn't fully dissolved. The Moon Goddess was playing a cruel game.

Under the radiant glow of the full moon, Silver Moon Pack members gathered in the heart of their territory, eagerly anticipating the arrival of the Moon Goddess. Alpha Jake, Luna Mara, and the rest of the werewolves stood in a circle, their eyes fixed on the heavens. As the minutes passed, a palpable sense of reverence filled the air.

they responded in chorus and disappear. "The light of the first moon will lead you to it. The chorus of the song that will wake her up in a dream. Fragments of fragments will show. Her powers can destroy or restore. Wicked is the heart that love and weaker is the love that steals. Who owns the priestess that no one can steal?" Lynx said as if the words are some of magical clues that can give him all the answers. "Our first clue is the first moon, we waited for the new moon but nothing happened and tonight will be the first full moon after that incident" Nathaniel said

“Brenna, let me know tomorrow if you would like to present yourself before the Moon Goddess as a potential Luna. The full moon is in a few days, so we must prepare.” The Blood Moon was coming, too. But I still had a bit more time. As if reading my mind, she turned and smiled. “The Blood Moon is in three months. Fear not; you have plenty of time to get to know the Alpha before.” I nodded, tilting my head to the side. “And if I reject him as my Mate?”

And then I saw it. The moon. High above, glowing like a watchful eye in the night sky. A full moon. What the hell? Wasn’t it supposed to be a solar eclipse just now? Where the hel did the moon come from so fast? And, wait. No. No, no, no. Not again. Please don’t let this be another dream. Or worse, one of those freaky lucid nightmares like before. The voice called again. “Follow my voice…”

She ignored Roman for a couple of seconds as she pulled off her boots. "Moonmare." She replied, barely aloud. "You're familiar with nightmares right? It's almost the same as this one. The difference is that it isn't night… it's the Moon." Her mind seemed to hover as she rotated the little pointing wood in her palm absentmindedly. "Nightmare ends once dawn comes, but Moonmare doesn't." She regained herself and cackled. "I named it myself." A smug glint appeared in her eyes. "What do you think?"

The Moon Goddess was my witness; I'd make them pay for every lie. Tomorrow night, the first step of the Moon Eclipse Unbinding would begin. And Kaelen Night-fang would learn he hadn't just lost a mate, but the future of his entire pack.

Although with different spelling, but with the same pronunciation. Carra didn't know whether to feel lucky or sad. She was now in a country known as Morica in a medieval earth, under the Athurian empire. The Athurias are the ruling clan of lycans, wolf shapeshifters. In this world, there were humans, lycans, vampires and others. It seemed that she had passed through something supernatural, a portal or so, to arrive here. For a person who didn't believe in such notions, it was a bit difficult to accept. A woman in a brown garment came in through the door carrying a basin of water. She heard the young mistress called green bamboo, and she too quickly took a few steps forward. Seeing Carra awak

And I’m going to get him back. I'm having another nightmare. In this one, I'm in a dark room and I can't see a thing. I'm panting and calling for Jaxon, but there's no response. I run out and fall into a pile of snow. When I look up, there's a full moon, shining so bright like the sun. Suddenly, it turns red, and I hear heavy footsteps behind me.
