An idea takes shape in my mind. As the last morsel is consumed, I waste no time setting up my workspace. The blank canvas before me beckons, eager to receive the strokes of my pen and the whispers of my imagination. I meticulously bring my vision to life, pouring my heart and soul into the design that symbolizes a fresh beginning. With each stroke of the pen, I infuse the design with emotions, purposefully crafting a piece that signifies closure and the embracing of new possibilities. It is more than just a design; it is a declaration of my resilience, a testament to my ability to rise above the pain of my past.

April pats the bed and gestures for me to sit next to her. Handing me her drawing book, she opened the cover to show me her first design. "I came up with this a couple of years ago. I have more books but this one is very special." I looked through her designs and i was more than impressed. "Wow... April this are really good." April beams at my comment as if she had never heard them from anyone else before. Most, if not All of her designs are hoody based. Whether it is a dress or just a top, everything screams hoody and her designs are decorated with bright colours.

The models we standing ready to go, Laura and her stinky eyes, I heard one of the other girls talking. "How she's still here?" the first asked "She belong to Mdme Ricci, touch her and you're out" the other replies. "I heard she even got one of her work showed, the navy dress it was by her" a third voice says. "No way interns don't get a chance to design...they fetch coffee" the first voice replies. "Not when you're Rebbe Ricci little designer, that's what Aldo said" the second replies. "Not time for gossip let's go let's go" Alice voice break their little conversation.

"That doesn't make sense! How could a newcomer's design, created in just two weeks, surpass mine?" Nathan slapped the table impatiently. "Mind your words. The design you drafted is not creative and unique enough. You practically copied ideas from amusement parks that are already in existence. On the other hand, Miss Torres design plan was so unique and interesting. It appeals to all ages and social groups. More so, she took into account potential safety problems and advised us on how they can be dealt with. Not only that, she stated how the equipment can be installed. None of these were in your work!"

Though he insisted on not coming to work today, I came back. Staying at home would only increase my anxiety thinking about the drama. Especially Alessandro’s unannounced support toward Camilla. So, I decided to do some work. I opened my new design book. Currently, I am trying to figure out the inspiration for a necklace. I want something gorgeous yet simple at the same time. Something would look elegant on everyone and every tone. While thinking of my new design, my phone beeped with a text. Thinking it might be Daniel, I opened it only to frown.

It wasn’t that their approaches were inherently wrong, but the way they clashed today made it clear that there was more than just professional disagreement at play. Julian leaned in with his usual confident smile, giving Noah a look that seemed too comfortable, too familiar. “Noah, I think we’re getting too caught up in the details. The design has to be innovative, something that pushes boundaries, not just something safe,” Julian said, his voice smooth but insistent.

“That could boost the company name faster.” “Of course.” He pulled up a chair and sat on it, giving me a serious look as he continued to discuss the new design case. “This is really big because the project will cater to a very high-end market, so we’ll need to combine the aesthetics and functionality very efficiently. We’ll have to ensure that this is a novel design, one that no one else has done before. It has to be of a high standard.” I was listening attentively, nodding as he spoke and getting even more excited. It sounded like a challenge, which I loved! I wondered, though, why he was offering it to me instead of to more senior designers in the company.

She instructed her best friend and rushed to the bathroom. "What's this?" Tasha found something on her desk. she picked up the booklet and turned the pages, "A new novel?" she exclaimed. "Wait!" Arielle shouted from the bathroom, she had the habit to write it down instead of typing her stories, she used her gift to write 2-3 chapters of her new novel last night before going to bed. She rushed out with the toothbrush still on her hand. "Give that to me." "Nope. You're writing a new novel? A romance novel at that?" Tasha ran around the room reading the notes.
