Navigating the Alpha's Dark World

Navigating the Alpha's Dark World

me, saying I was losing my mind. I did not find her outbursts offensive. I was preoccupied with something else. I would prefer not to let her mere shades divert my attention. "Unfortunately, you are not even paying attention to what I have to say. I assumed you were a friend of mine.' I yelled at Annabelle and shifted away from her. In order to monitor any danger and notify the soldiers, I even went so far as to throw my head outside. Since I was the only one listening, it made sense for me to glance at everyone. Should something go wrong, I will be affected as well. It was hard for me to estimate how many more days or hours we would be travelling because I had never been to full moon Pack

Winter's Awakening

Winter's Awakening

I said, fighting off the waves of shame from my outburst. I couldn't let this girl see how shaken I was, how lost I had become in my fantasies. It took a moment, but curiosity drove me to walk toward the place she pointed out. As I got closer, I caught a glimpse outside the big window: the frosted lake shimmered like glass, covering everything in white, and the evergreens stood still like silent guards in the storm. Diving into aisle eight felt oddly exciting. What might be hidden among those shelves? Was it more lighthearted romance, or had I found another stash of secrets? I sifted through the titles, my heartbeat quickening with each moment.

The Billionaire’s Regret Clause; One Year Together. One Love

The Billionaire’s Regret Clause; One Year Together. One Love

Christmas was the reading of the book. This Christmas, Don's book was a novel—Norwegian, which was not a coincidence, a novel by the same writer whose essays were in the Norway reading programme. The novel was called The Dark Year, and it was about a man who spent a winter alone in a cabin in the far north of Norway, experiencing the full darkness for the first time. Don had been saving it since September, when he had finished the essays. He had placed it on the shelf above his desk, the designated holding place for the Christmas book, and had not opened it once.

A Life Without Looking Back

A Life Without Looking Back

I rushed back from out of town overnight when my best friend, Siobhan Coventry, went into labor. After learning that both mother and child were safe, I got teary-eyed with emotion. "Have you decided on the baby's name yet?" I asked. Her smile stiffened unnaturally for a moment. "Leonard Kessler. We'll call him Leo." "Kessler?" I stared at her in surprise. "I thought you said the baby would take your last name. Is his biological father's last name Kessler?" She gave me a vague hum before quickly changing the subject. "Ginny, I've been craving the wraps from that place in the college town." I nodded, forcing my doubts aside, and went out to buy one for her. It was only when I reached the

she trails off Alexander holds a hand up to her silencing her, he stands up and shakes his head “So you are telling me the girl I am in love with is going……..” He stops talking and I see the furious look on Kayla’s face “You WHAT!!!! she screamed at him I had to agree with her she was mated to him and he had just admitted he was in love with my mate. Picking up the book and flicking through, there are pages on vampires, werewolves, witches even hunters and there was a whole section on Alpha-Lunas separate from the werewolf section.

The Bet

The Bet

She wouldn’t even entertain the chance to think about being near them. She quickly checked the messages on the phone, said goodbye to Mathew and Mike, again and turned it off. She pulled a book out of her purse and she didn't even notice when they took off. "What are you reading, if I may ask, ma’am?" Her companion's voice snapped her out from her ‘literature land’. She looked at him from behind the glasses. “A novel.” She replied but realized that she was being rude. "A book written by a well-known American adventure writer, Clive Cussler." She said in a slightly more pleasant tone.

I'm really enjoying the story of Jo and her journey, the novel is so realistic and easy to relate to. I haven't had such a good read in a while, definitely looking forward to reading more on Jo's journey.

Chasing the Alpha

Chasing the Alpha

There was a blood dripping from his lips as he tried to remove the gasp of Sebastian on his neck but to no avail, he can't move it an inch. The day was bright and the outside was full of joy. Compared it to the scene that you can see on this room, it is far worse than his room who was the victim of Kalisto rampaging. “Where is the real alpha?” He mumbled questioning the man. Lessening his grip, a little, he let the man speak. “I don't know what you— ahh!!“ He shouted as Sebastian twisted his arm. The loud crunch can be heard. ”I will ask you once again. An alpha has a different scent… they have a mana that was passed down to generations… but you seem to have nothing of sort. Where is the rea

An Alpha's End

An Alpha's End

A ghost of a smile appeared on her lips but it eventually vanished. “He went out first. The team needed him immediately.” I nodded and shyly stood up from bed. Of course, he’s the Alpha. Why would he even wait for me, right? I just fixed myself before docking from the ship. My mouth dropped open when I saw the situation outside. Trees were lifeless. I don’t even think there’s life here. Buildings and houses were destroyed and burned. This has become their life? In all of my years in experience, I have never saw something like this. Even being a Warrior Witch, I have never seen something like this.

The Alpha's Revenge

The Alpha's Revenge

With a roar, the car came to life and we were off to the snow-covered road. Turned out we were somewhere deep in northern Alaska. Hence the snow and cold. But it was doing little to subdue the heat rising in the confined space of the car. It was seething, scorching, sending us in a lascivious trance. As if all these months of wait crammed inside became too much, and it finally burst, consuming us whole.

Dasher

Dasher

"Winter, I am heartbroken and destroyed." Winter put a hand on hers and tightened gently. "Where are you living?" she asked. "That I don't tell you..." Pidge answered. "Alright...take your time and just know that we are only a phone call away," Winter smiled. _____________________________________ Maddox had landed to Alaska airport, the spark of hope still rising somewhere in his heart. He shrugged his coat and stepped in his car. "Where to, Mr Dasher?" asked the driver and he answered, "Take me to every bakery..."
