Enslaved By The Cursed Alpha

Enslaved By The Cursed Alpha

The potion room, a sanctuary of the supernatural, welcomed him with warmth and familiarity. As he poured an assortment of mystical ingredients into the cauldron, the room filled with a symphony of fragrances. The earthy smell of crushed wolfbane mingled with the sweet aroma of mandrake root, creating a tantalizing mixture that calmed his mind, even if just for a moment. His hands moved gracefully, almost dance-like, as he stirred the concoction, carefully adding drops of moonstone essence.

A Time for Strength

A Time for Strength

Delilah opens her bag and pulls out a fishing tackle box and a glass vial. The vial is already half full with a light pink liquid in it. “What’s that?” I tip my chin toward her. “Juice of cranberry and spring water from my coven’s realm. I’m going to add several herbs to it. None of them will harm Beta Lenora or her baby.” She explains as she pops open sections of the tackle box and pulls out pinches of dried leaves, adding them to the vial. “The combination of the ingredients and the will of my spirit… well, the will of my spirit and the blessings of the Goddess Hecate are what give the potion its power.”

I thought this was a great book. It was interesting to read the perspectives of other characters, allowing us to see what they knew and when. My only complaint is a seemingly awkward ending. Does anyone know if the author is ok?

31 Chapters 07/13/23 Yesssss Sugar Mama, you've got my attention. Love a baddie, strong female with a saucy attitude. I was so tired of these weak little damsels who need big Zaddy Alpha to save them. I was horny throughout FL scenes. Thank you for that.

Mating The Half She-Wolf

Mating The Half She-Wolf

“We’ll have to work on that. Healing’s really important for our kind, you saw how dangerous it can get.” I nodded, staring at my palms like it mysteriously held all the answers to my plight. “We’re making the potion now,” he announced. I looked back up. “What do you need?” He listed off the ingredients again, and I pulled the herbs out of my bag pack, one after the other. Levi got to work while I grabbed a change of clothes and slipped into the bathroom. By the time I stepped out—now in a cotton tank and shorts—he had created a thick, dark paste that smelled like crushed leaves and something sweet.

Dark of Night

That’s when mistakes happen, and that’s not something I can afford. Pandora brings me a bottle of sage leaves. I grind three up while the water boils, and then add the other ingredients. I stir the potion thirteen times and then drop in the scrapper heart. The potion bubbles up to the top of the pot, and I put a lid on it right before it boils over.

Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

"I don't want to feel this way about my mate. He hasn't actually done anything.” She and Lenora stand and go to the kitchen. I overhear bits and pieces of Delilah describing what happened in the vision and Lenora mentioning PTSD. They come back with Delilah holding her doctor's bag, placing it on the coffee table. She pulls out several bottles of liquid and pouches of herbs. She hands Lenora an empty glass and starts filling it with the various components. As I watch her skillfully concoct the potion, her ocean blue eyes turn darker and darker until they are almost navy blue. As the last ingredient touches the rest of the potion, it turns from muddy brown to an acid green. Lenora's eyes wide

I just finished Book 2 and it was wonderful! So many emotions to work through and so devastated by the death of a beloved character T-T (no direct Spoiler). So excited to read the next book in the Blood River Universe AND Book 3 of Kas and Bronx’s story. <3

I started mindlessly, thinking it was cute. But it turns out to be WAAAAY better than that. The story is well written, the plot is riveting, and the characters are so genuinely full of life, it is a bliss to read through. This masterpiece has everything of a best-seller! ...️

Grow with me

Grow with me

I smile. I return home by myself and head to the garden to continue to work on an invisibility potion. My dad was working on one shortly before he passed, but he was never able to master it. I have been working on it since he passed, and I feel like I haven’t even come close. I crush together clove, dill and night shade and begin to boil them down until I am left with a black slimy substance. I dump it in the cauldron boiling over the hot stone and when the potion makes a small crack I turn it off.

Godfather World

Godfather World

The realisation made Zen feel more awful about the fit he threw last night. “I need to find a few NPCs,” Zen shoved the feelings aside. There was work to be done. Multitasking, Zen placed some speed puddings in his crafting queue while he walked to find the people he needed. Zen couldn’t use the new crafting materials because he lacked the correct recipe and knowledge. The game recommended several NPCs to talk to, which was what Zen planned to do. Seeing how he was still on the second floor, Zen decided to find Hernie first. The Herbologist could create the absolute defence potions using Gloomie Shroomi’s Pixie Tears. The potion would be great for the vanguard team during boss fights on high

All The Queens Kings - Book 8

All The Queens Kings - Book 8

I let the energy flow through me until I can almost feel the connection between the potion and my inner magic, “By night, by day, keep all fears and harm away. May those who wish the child harm, perish in the afterworld. Protect the child that grows within from those who wish to harm.” Pleased with the spell and wearing a little smile of satisfaction I find a couple of glass containers and split the mixture, finding I have enough for four doses. I hadn’t realized I had made so much. After bottling it I begin to look around for other things. I find Saltpeter, sulfur, and charcoal. And get to work immediately. “I was told I would find you down here” I look up to see Leneve hovering in the door

The beginning of this book was hard, but then all the characters showed their strengths and it really wrapped Lamia’s part of the series up. The whole series was definately one of my favourites with strong female characters
Kristi Miller
Another Truly Amazing Book! Alas very sad that this series has come to an end but the ride through this time has been absolutely incredible. My hats off to a Wonderful Author. I highly recommend these books to anyone who loves adventure, heart break, betrayal, friendship, love and family.

The Villain's Hero

The Villain's Hero

Aien held his sleeve over his nose, his eyes watering as he shook his head, at a loss for a description. “Death,” Perditha supplied. “It smells like death.” I stripped off the leather, pulling the cloth of my dress away from my skin where it had adhered due to the sweat of stress and heat. “It needs to be stirred continuously by someone in these leathers, Perditha,” I told her. “And that person must not let it burn, nor to spill. Four hours. At the two-hour mark, a cup of fresh and warm urine must be added to dilute it. It must be from someone hydrated and must be warm, or the two temperatures will interact and cause the potion to spit. Aien has volunteered his urine.”

BETWEEN AN ALPHA AND THE OUTCAST

BETWEEN AN ALPHA AND THE OUTCAST

I had to warn them. Tonight. I would tell them tonight. But first, I needed to clear my head. “How do you know how to make this stuff?” Elise asked, pulling me out of my own thoughts. She stirred the bowl every time I sprinkled some more herbs into it. In order for this potion to work, we had to ensure that it was mixed constantly and mixed well. Otherwise, it’d work for only a few moments, and then the body would become paralyzed. “Trial and error,” I said, hoping that she’d drop it.
