Partly submerged beneath a canopy of trees, the lake seems like a hidden treasure, a secret oasis nestled within the embrace of the forest. The soft rustle of leaves overhead mingles with the gentle lapping of waves against the shore, creating a symphony of sound that soothes my soul. The trees loom tall and majestic, their branches reaching out to touch the sky, casting dappled shadows upon the water below. I watch in awe as the moonlight filters through the branches, painting intricate patterns of light and shadow upon the surface of the lake. "All right. Go find your tree. You've got forty minutes, so take your time. Be sure and check your textbook if you are unsure which tree you'd like. Or you can walk around, touch a tree, and see if it speaks to you. Many of these trees were planted while the Academy was being built by the founders. So we have everything from Oak and Ash to Apple or Rowan trees." I like the idea of picking a tree that calls to me so instead of opening my textbook, I stroll through the area, randomly placing my hand on the barks of trees. Trees around the clearing had bent, trunks groaning softly leaning toward me. Paying respect. Or warning. A shiver ripples through the crowd as another whisper rises: “Is she going to stay like that forever?” “I hope so.”

In the heart of the forest, the ancient trees stood tall and steadfast, their branches reaching toward the starlit heavens. I can’t even tell if there were people walking through that road or not because I can’t see really well due to the trees. I tried to squint my eyes. Oh, there’s a group of merchants with their horse cart walking through the main road. “I might be thinking too much about it, but the trees are a lot here, huh?” And not just your average trees like in mangas and animes where the main characters would climb and sit down on their branches to start a romance story up there, these are the trees that grow up more than a dozen of metres to protect the ecosystem, namely, the rainforest trees!

Jake As I stood in the center of the clearing, the cool, crisp scent of the surrounding pine trees enveloped me, their fragrance mixing with the earthy undertones of damp soil. The towering pines formed a natural shade, their thick trunks stretching skyward like ancient sentinels. Sunlight filtered through the dense canopy, casting dappled shadows that danced on the forest floor.

The third tree stood strong, radiating a golden warmth that gave Zoe a fleeting sense of comfort.

The transition was complete. The Nexus continued. The music played. But now, the hill was no longer just a historical site. It was a living sanctuary. The two trees, forever intertwined, became known as the Trees of Completeness. They were a place of quiet pilgrimage, where people would go not to ask for guidance, but to remember that all stories, no matter how great, eventually find their peaceful ending in the great, silent heart of the universe.

How can I escape from what is inside my head? The soft breeze kissed my skin as soon as I got off my car. It feels good now to say that. "My car." I stood amidst many giant trees, there are oak, beech, maple, elm, birch, willow, and hickory trees. They stood tall, fierce, strong, or did I felt like that? I love to roam here early morning. No one comes here, no vehicle passes by. I think this is the most peaceful place on the planet earth. I wanted to go further and explore what's beyond where I can't reach. But that would leave Sasha out of breath. She has always been worrying about me strolling in a place like this.

Saturday, two o'clock in the afternoon. The students were not in school that day. There is silence in the place and it is scary to look at the place when it is quiet. The place is so horrible especially in the part where the tree house and the large trees around it. There are no people in the area on Saturday. Those who pass by the school are horrified when they look around. Sometimes people passing by run out of fear. They heard noises coming from inside the school. Their whole bodies trembled by the presence of spirits that surround the school.
