Novel & Cerita Offered To The Lycan King

The dawn was just breaking over the Blackstone Pack’s grounds, casting long shadows across the assembled crowd in the courtyard. The elders of the Lycan Council, each draped in ceremonial robes that bore the insignia of their rank, stood alongside King Alaric. The Lycan King’s presence alone cast an aura of solemn authority, his silver gaze steely and unyielding. Kane stood by his father’s side, his own expression unreadable yet tense, his protective stance making it clear that his support lay with Lyra.

The lycan calls out, smashing things around the room. Janice moves her hair from her neck. "Bare your neck and gift her your memory" She says to the lycan. He looks at her confused. I nod to Janice and plant my teeth in. Janice gifts me her memories of everything we've been through. "Thank you Janice" The lycan king remarkably lowers himself down to me. Tilting his head to the side, baring his neck. He looks broken behind the eyes but obedient. To me?

One other King has made me the same offer, come with me and let me help you. I always refuse for the same reason. I’d rather stake my chances with Lyros, a man who I know, than the rest of them who have smiles on their faces and something else hidden underneath that smile. I have received offers to leave, some of them fabricated by Lyros himself and sent under the guise of being a foreign king. I always express my willingness to leave when I receive letters like that, and he always keeps them coming once in a while. Games. The Lycan Kings like games, so when King Rafie nods and clears his throat. I open my ears to listen to what he wants to say.

He retorted once again, but I stood transfixed to a spot with my mouth hung wide agape. “Leave? That's all you intend to say? How shameless can you really be? You irritate me down to the core erebus.” I retorted, clenching my fists. I could feel my blood boiling at an insane range; it was killing me way too much to listen to whatever crappy words the bastard had said, but I had not expected him to yell at me for any reason. “Yes. Leave. Stop acting like we are lovers. I married you only because I need an excuse; you don't get to pass out orders for me, and it seems you have forgotten your place in this pack. I am the Lycan King , and you tried to steal from me!”

I stated. "But what happened to the Lycan king," his son asked “He is died or do you want to go with him,” I said "Besides, does he protect you?" I added "He made your pack easy for us to take down, you all have been feeding yourself, the only time he comes is for tax," I went on. "But here, we will offer you protection from foreign hands, just like how my men were trained, I would train your men to be like them," "You don't have to die, you all should accept Dante's leadership and let him rule you, he would be generous, that I promise," I assured.

And I couldn’t explain it, but I found that I was more relieved if I was killed here than to be killed by Ryker. But the Lycan king let out another laughter, this one held a spark to his eyes and he was genuinely laughing. I didn’t know whether to join in or feel bad about it. With this Lycan it was hard to decipher what he was thinking, though I would confess understanding people hadn’t been my strongest forte. And then as if I was already bereft of words with his actions, he made a shocking offer. “You can either return back to Bloodhowl pack, to Ryker, your alpha and his claws, or…..”

A lot of destruction has already been caused and they don't want to cause it further. Lycan King taps his shoes on the floor, waiting for his mate to step down and bring her to his house so he can finally claim her. He could have done the same thing back at his house in the afternoon, but he didn't because he wanted to take her with him in front of her parents to show her that she now has no one to look to except him and that now she has no nowhere to run.

Presumably, he had slapped her and she fell to the floor. Ava tried to go to them but I caught her hand and shook my head. This was none of our business. I heard another smack and her chin trembled. 'It's not our business to intervene. She belongs to him,' I mind-linked her. "My King," the man said and bowed when he spotted us. "My Queen." "What seems to be the problem?" she asked him and eyed the slave crying on the floor. "I had told my pet to get me a couple of books Lord Leikos had personally ordered me to get for him," he said.

It’s like when he has loyalty to offer, she, on the other hand, has nothing but disloyalty and betrayal on her skin. “You’re too old to know what’s right from wrong, Alora. I hope you put that in your mind sometimes.” But Alora wasn’t listening anymore. Her eyes were fixed on the wrestle between the Lycan king and the alpha. Which, fortunately, was leaning in towards the alpha’s victory. TheLycan king was on the ground now, Brayden holding him down. “Surrender your defeat, Lycan king!” – Brayden ordered with his claw raised up

It was heavier than it looked, the cover soft and a little sticky with age. It opened plainly enough: Each alpha has a prophecy, and it will always come to pass. Weird, I thought. The kind of line that means nothing until, suddenly, it means everything. I almost put it back right there. I wish I had. I kept reading instead. The Tenth Lycan King will conceive a child with his Luna. The child will be the most powerful and most feared in history. I read it again, slower. Then a third time, waiting for the words to rearrange themselves into something that made more sense, something less impossible. They didn't.
