“You! What is the meaning of this?! What department are you from? Who’s your supervisor and on whose orders and you working on?!” Eleanor was furious. The officers noticed this and shared glances between each other. “Sorry to disturb your day, Madam Grey.” The oldest Officer, Brian, stepped forward and spoke up with a bow. “My name is Brian Curt and I work for Seattle’s headquarters…” “Did I ask for your name?” Eleanor rudely interrupted.

Sasha The city lights were a blur as I tore down the road with blinding speed. My grip on the wheels tightened once the thought of someone having the guts to hurt Josephine crosses my mind. My phone rang and the dashboard displayed ‘Pavel’- the man in charge of security I my Bratva. He must’ve caught wind on the current threat against me and is checking in on the situation. I swipe ‘answer’. “Where are you?” “Close by.” His voice came through steady and calculated.

“I do not know what you are talking about, sir.” “Oh really?” His voice dropped. “Your skirt last Tuesday was two inches shorter than the normal dress code, yesterday—you dropped your books in the hallway, while colliding with me, still making sure our fingers touched while I was trying to help you pick them.” He tilted his head. “To mention a few, Miss Marsh.” Then he tilted his head and smiled again. “You wanted the attention, now you’ve gotten it, you think I don't notice a setup, little rebel? I’m better at playing these games.”

Madden ordered, not moving an inch. "Two boxes of jaguar!" The barber snapped his fingers. Swiftly, it was brought on a tray together with two bottles of vodka. The tray was dropped on a lower table, and the shop was closed on them. All workers and the boss barber himself moved to the second room, leaving the two alone. Adeline sat beside Madden, watching him with the side of her eye as he picked a stick of cigar. Adeline's eyes left the cigar and went to the two bottles of vodka lying on the tray.

Brad calls out in pain as his face smashes against the car. "Oops. I'm so sorry." The officer says sarcastically and I crack my first real smile since yesterday. "I have a dog that I'd kill for so I guess it's your unlucky day." The cop says as he shoves Brad into the car roughly before slamming it shut. He gives Quinn and I a wave with a bright smile before going to slip into the drivers' seat. "We'll handle him. Don't you worry." He says cheerfully and even Quinn chuckles.

“Don’t take Dan off duty to drive me all the way out to the Point. It looks like I’m going to need a rental, so I’ll just go take care of that now.” “You’re not driving,” Barbara said, and when Hannah opened her mouth to argue, she merely pointed to the chair, then radioed Officer Brentwood. Barbara had tagged him as Deputy Dan on his first day, because he was young, with blond hair, blue eyes, and the kind of peach-fuzzed cheeks that would probably follow him well into maturity. Her handset squawked just as the door opened to the station house and in walked . . . Calder Blue. Sergeant Benson clicked off the radio, all business. “What can I do for you?”

Dixie rushed into the police station and waited while the front office lady was on the phone when she was finally done she polietly asked the lady about officer Shay, and Stacy. Macy the office lady had pretty brown hair that was short and flipped out, green eyes, and a smile that could take your breath away. She spoke softly that was just how her voice was soft, and gentle. "I will take you to officer Shays office, where both of them are waiting for you." Despite the fact that Susanna had connections in the city, I wasn’t sure she could surpass Jax who plays dirty. My stomach churned with fear as I looked from Jax to the lady. She looked like she didn’t want to comply but had no other choice other than to cooperate. “While coming up with an answer, I urge you to think about it carefully. Barbara here isn’t just a mere police official. She is the Chief of Police and I’m sure you know what that means,” Jax added. I closed my eyes and cursed under my breath because I didn’t know that the lady would hold that much power.

“Do you need another drink?” “Yes she does,” Brynn answered for her. “A Montana Sky.” Everett smiled and went over to the bar. Brynn held up her hand as if she was holding something. “Dispatch, we have an officer down. Yes, he’s tripped and fallen for Tennessee. Might have a fire here soon. Serious smoldering. Over.” Blaze giggled as Amerie pushed Brynn’s shoulder. “What’d I miss?” Everett raised his eyebrows quizzically as he handed Amerie her drink.
