Eris' wolf was begging to go out scared for his little human's life. "If I see her dead or injured, I swear I will slaughter every person under your Omega's command. That useless commander will meet my wrath." The beast growled. "The Omega has got nothing to do with this!" Eris growled at his wolf. "You don't understand, Eris. Your Omega has been sending daggers at Iris ever since she arrived. I assure you she will make you angry."

“Lysa?” asked one of the Omegas he had seen, it was not the same one from the room who had turned golden. It was another one of them, his name was Kalte, if he remembered correctly. In his human form he was tall and slender, with a prominent nose and thin cheeks.

I looked up at him. Really looked. It was such a strange question that I almost laughed. “Because it’s Derek,” I said. Kael waited.
