"Young man, this talisman is called the Eye Hunting Talisman. It opens the Third Eye and sees the essence. Don't be full of doubts in your ignorant eyes." "Open the Third Eye?" Samuel was taken aback. "The world is a mystery. You can't see clearly with the naked eye, and you may not be able to see clearly even if you become an immortal or Buddha. Human beings, no matter what level or stage they are at, always have a heart that is fleshy. Even if they have eyes, they can also look at them as they please. Naturally, there will be deviation, but the talisman won’t. It is just a tool, and it only shows the real truth to you."

My body instinctively reacted, every nerve on high alert, and for one fleeting moment I wondered what it would be like to look into his eyes again. And I too stayed stock-still, not daring to capture what else his eyes would reveal.

I felt my pulse race as my thoughts travelled miles around the spheres of flagrant fornication. For a moment, I was lost —He was tall, with broad shoulders and a square-like jawline covered with nicely trimmed beards. His salt-and-pepper hair was styled perfectly, and his eyes were small, seductive and fierce. He was a daddy! He was all I needed to have a pleasant night's rest, or was it the fullness of his lips as I imagined all the naughty things they would do on my nipple? I had been so lost in thought, imagining him fucking me hardcore, that I hadn't even noticed Olivia waving her hand in front of my face.

Finnick looked up too. “Do you see that?” I asked, my heart pounding. “Yes,” he said. The stars disappeared. Every single one, none is left out. The sky went as dark as ink. And then Nine glowing eyes appeared. Not stars not moons. Eyes__watching us. Gaze not flickering, stagnant like it's stuck on a particular thread. Waiting. The child moved again, this time more awake. He whispered, “They’ve found me.”

“If you ask them about it, you will have to tell them about seeing me. If you do that, I swear they will pack everything up and move. Meaning you will not see me for a while.” As he finished speaking, I noticed his eyes had gone bright red and you didn't hear the owls anymore. “I’ve always trusted you more than my parents so why would I ask them, since you have already said they have been lying to me.” When I looked away from Marcus, I noticed there were about 7 pairs of vibrant colored eyes surrounding us. Slowly another set appeared but were purple with gold specks.

“My God, Lucian.” I didn’t look at her. I got out of bed and walked to the bathroom, the cold tiles a welcome shock to my system. I splashed water on my face, staring at my reflection—the scar, the cold eyes, the face of a man who commanded empires. And yet, a blind girl in a room down the hall was commanding my thoughts with the force of a sovereign. This was no longer mere possession. It was an infestation. She was in my blood. "Lucian..."

Kenny, Caroline, and Tommy looked at Nora in disbelief. "Nora, it really was you..." At the same time, Theodore appeared on the big screen. He entered the room I was in and patted my head in relief. "I thought you were really going to fall for her trick. Looks like you're not that stupid after all." I said confidently, "I'm a little slow and can be a bit oblivious, but I'm not stupid." He smiled. "So, you do know you're oblivious, huh?"

The eyes opened fully. Gold. Ancient gold. Brighter than moonlight, brighter than fire, brighter than anything mortal should have been capable of holding. The cavern froze. No one moved. No one breathed. Even the mountain seemed to fall silent, waiting, watching, listening. The enormous eyes blinked once, slowly, and a pressure unlike anything I had ever experienced swept through the ruins. It wasn't power. Not exactly. Power could be resisted, fought, endured. This was authority. The kind woven into the bones of the world itself.

They were in the dream of a being greater than time. Every heartbeat changed the world. Every thought rewrites history. Then the eye spoke. Not in words. With memories. Mara saw pictures. Stranger life. Stranger worlds. Infinite oceans under black stars. Cities built from memory. People who changed their past like clothes. And everywhere: The eye. Watching. Watching. Not dominant. Protective. Mara keuchte. “It’s not a monster.” Lyra nodded. ‘No’ “It was never one.” ‘No’

"How were you able to identify it at all?" Dennis seemed to remember then that she was still fairly new to the operation and he calmed himself down to explain. "You see, Miss Months, every item in Olympus's storage has been tagged with a Doomsday beacon, which as the name implies, is only activated when said item is activated in a such a manner as to be classified as a doomsday.
