Six_K.I. Lynn

Six_K.I. Lynn

Fire burned in my chest, my lungs begging for a breath as my mind fought for consciousness. After everything I’d been through, death by drowning was nowhere in the spectrum of ways for me to shed my mortal coil. No matter how hard I swam, I couldn’t do it. When I was almost ready to give in, something grabbed my wrist and pulled. It moved up my arm until my hand rested on a shoulder as I was chest to chest with him. We broke the surface and my mouth opened wide, taking in a hard breath. There was no strength left in me, all of it concentrating on circulating the next gulp of air.

LAST EMBRACE

LAST EMBRACE

Up until she had arrived at the Galla party, even her encounter with the newscasters, unknown to her, he couldn't help but follow her around just to catch a glimpse of her face. He was greatly disheartened when he saw the look she gave him. The look was filled with hatred and pain, and even her words felt like a thousand swords and arrows were piercing his heart. Tugging and pulling at his heart till nothing was left of it. He longed to be with his Elle again, to see and hear her beautiful laugh. But did he have a chance after so many years? Ethan thought to himself as he stood at his favorite place where he gazed into the dark city with a glass of wine in his hand. He sighed and drank the r

Reborn Luna Kira Cinderellla

Reborn Luna Kira Cinderellla

My eyes blinked and I tried so hard to keep them open but with each passing second,my breath became shallow. "De-De-Declan." I coughed out blood. Raw pain shook my innards. With so much strength, I muttered my last words. "You-you wi-wi-will regret this." I didn’t know what happened after that because I immediately felt my spirit move out of my body. *** "A sweet smelling savor hit my nostrils as I tried getting up from where I was lying. I heard a rumbling sound in the sky. The splashes of rain hit the windows and the wind caused the curtains to move in its direction.

His Unfinished Love Story

His Unfinished Love Story

My body rebels, desperate for air, but I press on, forcing myself into the depths. The pressure in my chest builds, a cruel reminder of life's insistence, while my mind swirls with images of Daniel and Lily—bright beacons in the murkiness of my despair. A cruel irony washes over me; to breathe now feels like the ultimate betrayal of my resolve. My lungs scream for air, and in a moment of reflex, water floods in, searing my throat, choking and burning. The world narrows to a point of acute suffering—a battle between the will to live and the desire to end the pain. In these last conscious moments, a bizarre peace emerges, the chaos of my thoughts quiets, and I'm left with the haunting realizat

The Last Tulip Blooms Alone

The Last Tulip Blooms Alone

Still showed up with meals, even as her body broke down. She even gave him her bone marrow. Dr. Carter said it had to be done without anesthesia. And Elise was terrified of pain. Hemi's heart split open. The tears wouldn't stop. They used to dream about owning a little B&B one day. Swapping stories with strangers. Seeing the world together. So he took her. They saw northern deserts. Arctic lights. Ocean skies bursting with fireworks. He'd confessed to her once under a sky just like that. Their last stop was a tulip field.

Our Last Fall

Our Last Fall

I could put up with everything else, but that watch was different. It was a birthday gift from my late older brother, Norman, who had spent almost six months saving up for it. Two years ago, he was killed during an undercover mission. They never even found his remains. That watch was all I had left to remember him by. Samson was already so unfair. Meanwhile, I was exhausted, and I didn't even want to fight about this anymore. When I thought about my decision to leave soon, I felt strangely at peace.

Bait for the devil

Bait for the devil

But as the surface light faded into a shimmering, distant memory, the realization hit me: a lightning rod is only useful until it melts. My lungs burned, a desperate, rhythmic throbbing that reminded me I was still human, still fragile, still bound by the laws of oxygen and bone. I watched a trail of silver bubbles float upward—my last breath, escaping into the abyss. Is this how it ends? I thought, my mind drifting toward the image of Elena in her nursery. Did I trade my life for his sanity? Above me, the water suddenly erupted.

The Last Divorce

The Last Divorce

"No thanks. I'm not fortunate enough to enjoy the kind of happiness you're offering. I'm sure your new lover and your child are waiting for you. "Mr. Webster, I'd appreciate it if you stopped appearing in front of me." The whispers and judgment from the crowd were nearly drowning him out, but he paid them no heed. All he wanted was to keep me from leaving. "Cammie..." He reached for me. The more desperate he became, the more the blood rushed to his head. His vision gradually blurred, just like the day I'd left. By the time consciousness slipped away, he was already collapsing to the ground. Even then, he was still calling my name.

Granting One Last Wish

Granting One Last Wish

I am trembling with fear and from the cold. I’ve never felt so helpless like this. I don’t know what will happen to me here. My throat hurts, and my stomach just grumbles. A lot of horrible scenarios pop in my head, and at that thought, my body starts to shake from frustrations, anger, hunger, and hopelessness. Please, God. Please, don’t let me die like this. *** The high-pitched sounds irritate my ears. Beep Beep Beep. *** A/N: This is the first novel I've ever written.

I’m done reading this story in another platform. I had whirlwind of emotions. I hated that Abby has been manipulated all those times. I just love Seb for being with her when she needs him the most. He’s not just a typical CEO billionaire, he’s a man, a husband and Abby’s protector. Good job author!

Con. p2, Story clarity would benefit with better editing. I thought the dialogue was fun & funny, which rounded out the personalities of some wonderful characters. Some beautiful sex scenes which were not just sexually intimate, but also conveyed sweet love & emotional tenderness. Kudos, author!<3<3

His Last Wish

His Last Wish

What if Amanda, who was also strangled by the man, has PTSD in the future? 'You underestimate Amanda. He is much stronger than you imagine,' He hoped that Thyme had said at the Umberbridge residence earlier was true. 'I'm not happy about it,' Edward placed the gun against Levin's chest. His movements were so fast, that the old man didn't notice. 'Is there a last sentence before I pay my debt to you for killing my parents?' The old man's voice caught. His pupils widened, looking at the tip of the gun stuck to her chest. He could not clearly see the expression on Edward's face because his current position made it difficult to see.
