I didn’t know why they were after me, but I knew that if they caught me, I was done for. I kept running until I accidentally bumped into someone and fell to the ground. I looked up and saw a huge male alien with dark green skin and antennae on his head. His eyes were pure black with no pupils. His hands looked normal, but his feet were also tentacles. He said something I didn’t understand and came closer. He grabbed my face and squeezed it. I just stared at him and didn’t say anything. I winced when he licked my cheek and smiled, revealing sharp, pointed teeth. He said something again, and the ones I had knocked down earlier approached him.

The man cried out in pain and the other alien charged at him from behind. Tavie swung the alien man by his broken arm towards the other alien, his blade entering his partners chest. Tavie used that second of shock to snatch the blade of the now dead man and slice the throat of the other man. Before they both hit the ground, another man ran towards him. Tavie met him halfway still using the blade of the dead alien. He threw the blade at the next man and he caught it. He was so focused on catching the blade, that he didn't see the fist that Tavie threw, landing in his throat.

I still want to stare at her but the queue is getting longer. After I left the Dayone's Mansion, I looked for a job. I don't have money with me when I left so, I have no choice. Thankfully, Alien Café, one of the best café here in town, was looking for a waitress that time. The café was packed when I went there to apply so, they hired me right away because they needed more people. "One Iced Americano." The girl answered while her eyes are still glued to her phone. The handsome Alien gently picks her up as the other tries to stem the bleeding from the wound in her leg; he looks back to the male in the pod as he asks. "What about him?" The Alien looks back at the man who is already a deadly shade of grey. "It's too late to save him. Check if he has any pulse though. "Nothing." Is the grim reply.

He recognized the creature immediately but at this moment, he didn’t care about it but he was also wondering what it came to do. The smoke swarmed down and right before it hit the ground, it turned into a man. Alan was shocked, he knew the smoke had a voice but he didn’t think it could take a human form. He watched as the man rushed the Nebuzar that was carrying Aliyah in lightening speed and with one blow, the Nebuzar was sent flying and the man effortlessly caught Aliyah in midair then slowly squatted while cradling her head. He couldn’t believe his eyes, even he couldn’t land such a blow on the Nebuzar and the man did it so easily.

She warned, struggling to level the tremble in her voice as she warily stared at his large and intimidating figure. And as expected, he paid no heed to her words as he only kept on approaching until he was close enough... Yet before he could even reach her she gathered all her courage and threw a punch, unfortunately with no success as the alien monster didn't even blink, let alone move. It literally felt like punching a leather-covered brick wall. Still, that didn't stop her as she went as far as trying for a few more times, only resulting in her own injuring as her knuckles hurt so bad that she couldn't help but let those small tears gathered at the corners of her eyes finally fall.
