She looked at me with her glaring eyes that even I, the father of my twins, could not speak. “After what I’ve seen, I talked to Onyx and Sapphire, reminding them it’s not good to lie and hurt their classmates. I’m a mother, and you know I don’t tolerate such behavior, Red.” She turned to Mrs. Castelo. “I cannot condone negative behaviors, especially bullying, but the twins cried and told me yesterday your son was bullying them, telling them they don’t have mommy and daddy.” My body jerked when she turned to me again.
