Onyx Vs Obsidian Novels & Stories

Only problem is I don’t have time to go back and get Onyx…which means I am doing this on my own. Three versus one. I’ve had better odds.

It was a dark, cool gray color with a slightly blue or purple undertone, giving it a subtle hint of mystery and depth. It was onyx. And his eyes were like two pools of black ink, no reflection in them. She tried to remember where she recognized that color of hair. She was sure she had read it somewhere. Onyx wolves were strategists and also fierce warriors. The disadvantage they had was their terrible temperament. They were impulsive and sometimes killed without thinking first. But they were loving to their pack members and mates. She remembered now. Somehow she couldn't believe another wolf like her was standing right here.

“I don’t tell them everything. There are secrets I’ve had to keep from them before. If this is truly something they don’t need to know, I won’t be the one to tell them.” I sighed deeply. Fuck. I was really about to divulge a secret that wasn’t mine to someone else. But I needed someone that could help, and I needed some direction. I wasn’t good at giving backstories and all that shit, plus if Alpha Adrian was serious about five minutes, we only had a few left.” “Onyx is a vampire and werewolf hybrid.” No sense in beating around the bush, I always say. “Wait. What? How? Oh! Her mother, Iliana. That sneaky bastard!”

"I'm sorry. I should have been more careful." "It's okay," I comforted him gently. "Obsidian is fragile anyway. I picked the wrong material." I held his hand and made a genuine promise. "Tomorrow, I'll carve you a better one out of dragon bone. It'll be indestructible. I'll even add some high-tier defense arrays so you can switch them out." Right as I finished speaking, a sharp crack echoed across the table. Cassian had crushed his solid silver goblet barehanded. The twisted metal and sharp shards bit into the flesh of his half-shifted claws, dripping black blood through his fingers.

[Obsidian Veins] The smell of scorched flesh and ozone was so thick I could taste it on the back of my tongue. I looked down at the surgical tray, where a jagged, bloody mess of bone and muscle had been replaced by a gleaming, predatory limb of dark obsidian and silver-tech. Dante hadn't just survived the surgery; he had sacrificed the last of his human warmth to become something I could no longer recognize.

This silence felt like a man stepping past the place where feeling could still slow his hand, into the colder arithmetic of what the full scope demanded. Kieran had infiltrated the edges of Obsidian through Liliana long before I ever arrived. The design was older than the treaty, older than the bond, older than the claim that had finally forced it into the light. And the man who had to answer that truth had gone so quiet that the absence of his anger had become the loudest thing in the room.

More urgent. Project Obsidian and Project Eclipse were never weapons. Not truly. They were keys. Just like the crystal. Just like your lineage. Obsidian opens the door to knowledge. Eclipse opens the door to connection. They were designed to bring people together. To share energy and information freely across the world. To remove barriers. To end scarcity. The Order twisted them. They took what was meant to unite and turned it into something to dominate. They changed the codes. They altered the designs. They hid the true purpose behind layers of fear and threat.

Lady Chen nodded and threw two shining crystals to her. Sara grabbed them and noticed that they were Obsidian. What are these? "They are Obsidian credits they are the way we trade within the sect, you can say all other forms of exchange are null except one has obsidian credits". 'One hundred Credits for a little show, these guys are crazy.' However, all the youths were staring at hee with wide eyes with the exception of Justin that had his head lowered. "I believe that we can move on now." Lady Chen spoke and the other Elders nodded at her suggestion.

He was fit, but that just meant he took care of his body. “You know how I love to annoy you, Sapphire mainly because she won’t tell me what my mates location is, but you and Pyrite too,” he said nonchalantly looking back at the door to his tag-along. “Oh, where are my manners. Onyx, this Obsidian Valdar. He is my right hand man. Like the wolf's Beta, I guess.” Vandal waved Obsidian in as he plopped onto Sapphire’s chair, Obsidian just nodded and stayed in his location.

They used daggers and swords made up of silver and Ashwood to kill rogues and vampires. At every front, they took their attackers off guard and attacked them with the clear intention of killing them in one strike. Onyx used his speed, flexibility, and strength to kill the vampires and rogues as well in one blow. With every splash of blood on his body, he felt a weird and sick satisfaction in his heart. Every strike of his paws killing either a vampire or a rogue increased the level of his excitement and he struck the next one with more excitement. He roared and beat his chest like a wild beast before pouncing on the enemies, moving among trees and on the ground as well.
