MAD END'S DECEPTION

MAD END'S DECEPTION

It was almost absurd how these two monsters could battle like this and not level the entire house in seconds. Her wind tattoo and owls were still at work, searching the bone enclosure for any vulnerable point they could exploit... any crack, seam, or weakness that might give them a way out. The mantis pivoted sharply, its armor deflecting two tentacles with a metallic clang. Another tentacle managed to latch onto its side, suction cups finding purchase between armor plates. With an ear-splitting crunch, the mantis snapped its free claw down and sheared the tentacle in half. Jeric’s shriek was deafening, a keening squeal that rattled Arah’s teeth. Green blood sprayed across the floor.

Drawn

Drawn

I had a splendid dream of sitting on a cliff. The moon shone ten times brighter than it ever did on any other night, and beside me was the most beautiful being, a werewolf in his human form, having only my red shawl spread across his groin. One of his hands rested on top of mine, was so warm, and I stared at his face illuminated by the moon's sliver light. "I'm drawn to you, Amara Lively," his lips slowly moved as he called me by my full name. I never once thought he knew.

"Don't look here, and it will be a swift death. I promise!" He wanted to end the bug as fast as possible because they can call their horde with a screech. They mostly traveled in groups, but this one seemed to be an exception. After coming close, Creed stabbed the dagger in its neck with full force. The mantis' head got decapitated before the mantis could even scream. [Purple-Mantis Killed] [Gained Saturation Point +0.1] [Gained Soul Crystal +1 ] A red glow enveloped his body and then disappeared the next moment, which made him refreshed.

Still coming along nicely. The Archie plot has hot a good point. I feel there is more to come with Rain in the story and I like that. It is good to acknowledge the news spread of his accomplishments beating down Archie, but I would shorten the side conversations of the random people.

I'm honestly surprised that this story doesn't have more views and reviews. It's well-written, moves at a relaxing pace and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The characters has great depth, personalities that stand out. It is also clean and well-edited.

The CEO’s Regret: My Ex-Wife is the Hidden Tycoon

The CEO’s Regret: My Ex-Wife is the Hidden Tycoon

There, hidden behind a curtain of weeping carbon-fiber vines, was a small, dilapidated shack. "What is this?" I asked. "The only place the grid can't see," Xander said. He pulled back the vines, and I saw a wall covered in jagged, hand-drawn charcoal sketches. I gasped. The sketches weren't of buildings or machines. They were of us. There was a drawing of a man and a woman standing in a mountain of gold; a drawing of a girl with a wooden ring; a drawing of a man with orange eyes holding a woman in the rain.

The Blood Orchid

That wasn’t really her problem though, hailey thought as she dug into the . ************ Following the people he was after hadn’t really been an issue for Dmitri. His sense of perception had always been keen and sharp. It was even more so since his transmogrification and it became more heightened. He could make out the tyre tracks where they had stopped possibly for a refuel. He could pick out the scent of that little Brookes girl. He was simply special. That made him quite invaluable to his employer. He was only contracted for important jobs and what could be more important than this one. The Blood Orchid itself. It was the power by which the Leviathans had been made. It was a powerful weap

Inside, nestled in cotton batting, was a set of hand-painted wooden animals—a seahorse, an octopus, a jellyfish, a whale, and something tentacled and furious that I couldn’t identify. “That’s a colossal squid,” Lloyd said, pointing. “I carved it from the picture in Lucas’s book. The eyes are dinner-plate sized on the real thing, but I had to take some liberties.” “The proportions are wrong,” Chloe said, picking up the squid and turning it over in her hands. “The mantle should be longer relative to the tentacles.” “You’re right…” “But the painting is excellent.” “Thank you.” “I’ll keep it.” “I was hoping you would.”

My Seven Gorgeous Women

Both could not help but feel great joy. After more than half an hour, Chase finally finished clearing out these small Doom Mantis pests. The entire battlefield was covered with green mantis corpses, emitting waves of stench that made everyone sick just looking at them. Everyone had no choice but to fly into midair. The four female Doom Mantises had also died from exhaustion after giving their all. Several small mosquito and moth-like creatures circled the battlefield once before breaking through the void and flying away. Chase had sharp eyes and managed to capture one of each. He used vital energy to create a transparent, small cage, trapping them inside.

How To Tame You Demon Prince

Her perfectly serene doll-like look was ruined however by the tired scowl which decorates her face. Rubisviel Fyaril, the Orchid Butterfly Witch of the Dark Forest wipes the sweat from her brow and huffed after completing a drawing of a Cthulhu symbol inside her circle. Thick black bags hang under her tired golden eyes and her face was paler than usual. Her head hurts like a battle-ax was splitting it open and her shoulders and legs are aching after prolonged hours of sitting on the ground and focusing on drawing the symbols.

Tales of a Shifter (P1) - Meeting

And Brandon. "Now....everyone listen..." Mantilo commanded, after which he set about filling in the new arrivals with anything they hadn't already heard, then he delved into a new explanation. After grabbing a sheet off the table and holding up another picture of the Ghoul, this picture was less of a painting and more of an ink drawing. It accurately depicted the physical attributes of the beasts that had attacked, from its long equine like heads, and long talons to its long limbs and sideways ears.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've always been mesmerized by the delicate beauty of orchids in botanical illustrations, and after years of doodling them in my sketchbook, I've picked up a few tricks. First, study real orchids or high-quality photos to understand their structure—notice how the petals curve, the lip’s unique shape, and the subtle veining. Botanical art thrives on precision, so I start with light pencil outlines, focusing on symmetry and proportions. Watercolor works wonders for those translucent petals; layering thin washes creates depth without losing the flower’s ethereal quality.

For texture, I use a dry-brush technique on the lip’s ruffles or a fine liner for veins. Don’t rush the details! Sometimes I’ll spend hours on a single petal, blending colors like quinacridone gold with a touch of magenta for warmth. The key is patience—orchids demand it. My favorite part? Adding the stippled shadows with a barely-there touch of Payne’s gray to make the bloom pop off the page.
