Rebirth: What’s Left Of Me

Rebirth: What’s Left Of Me

"It never does get easier, does it?" I shook my head. "No, it doesn't." We climbed into the car, the weight of what was coming settling over us. Jason drummed his fingers on the steering wheel. "Well, let's go back and plot. If Orla wants to play chess, we'll make sure she ends up in checkmate." I exhaled slowly, staring out the window as he pulled away from the curb. I just want this mission to finally end after six months. *** Matthew McDougall was exactly the kind of irredeemable trash Aunt Orla would surround herself with. A former athlete, a registered sex offender, and a violent narcissist with a deluded sense of superiority—he was the perfect target.

Alpha Loren

Alpha Loren

I said as Stefano scrambled onto Max’s back as he spun, “Although at least if we have to go to the ER, I might get to see Milly. I haven’t seen her in weeks.” Now twenty-seven, Milly had fine-tuned her powers and was the best Doctor we had. She could heal any wound without breaking a sweat. We’d hardly lost any soldiers to injuries in years. “She is continually working,” Max said, “The woman never rests.” “Well, tell her the Luna has ordered her to take a day off soon and meet me for a coffee. I miss her.” “Will do,” he said as Madeleine joined the ‘climb Maxy’ game.

This is one of the most riveting books I have had the pleasure to read. Even though I haven’t slept in 2 days I couldn’t put it down and finished reading it over the past 6 hours. While it is a story of wars, rape, beatings and constant struggles reading it has allowed me to find peace. Thanks 💕

Leo is a hypocrite and Elle is a crybaby. She knows her alpha is a murderous asshole she won't let him do his job with other murderous assholes. She preferred to whine about him killing, while constantly putting him in situations he needs to kill, and not trusting he'd kill to save her. No Trust...

Cursed Lycan King & his Reborn Luna

Cursed Lycan King & his Reborn Luna

His question took Orla five years back when she was thirteen and met him for the first time. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Five years ago Orla, who was about to turn thirteen in the next twenty four hours was playing in her backyard under the watchful eyes of her guards. She was all alone, playing with her toys. This is when a small rabbit ran up to her and she caught it in time as it passed by her. The rabbit was as soft and white as cotton, with red eyes. It appeared to be terrified. Orla predicted that it must have come here looking for safety. It appears that someone was attempting to take its life, and it was fleeing to save itself.

This story is becoming so fascinating as we go further. I love morally grey man and Angus fits my definition of that category. Orla is being emotional and the reborn part is depicting soon things are gonna start coming to light. Really loving how the mystery is weaving and waiting for all to unfurl.

I found this story very interesting since I read the synopsis and if you give it a chance, you won't regret it. The author is very talented. The first book I read was Incompatible Souls and she became one of my favorite authors. Now I'm hooked on all the stories.

Timber Alpha

Timber Alpha

Dahlia continued, “it’s the only reason Colt hasn’t broken anything.” “And how, Angel,” I looked at her mischievous smile, “did you get all this information?” “Orla is very insulted that you think she’s small enough to be a coyote,” she deadpanned me and Alderic burst out laughing so hard that she cracked up right beside him. “You two are incorrigible,” I sighed as I waited for them to be done. “I have ears Mylo, wolf hearing” she winked and sat up straighter, “I used them to eavesdrop a little here and there,” she shrugged shamelessly.

Tear
Great read. Well written..had a few errors but that's to be expected. The main character had tantrums but she was not portrayed as annoying but more endearing, which I really liked. When they become annoying, it really turns me off the book. But all the characters' development was top notch. Bravo!!

I need help! Lol, I want to go on with the second, but need to know if I should continue on what is there at the end of timber alpha, then the stand alone mated to Brianna? Will it be confusing if I do what follows the first book then the second?

MARRYING MY BEST FRIEND'S FIANCEE

MARRYING MY BEST FRIEND'S FIANCEE

But I most certainly did not suggest that you, a woman on your own, should travel anywhere unescorted, and that once having done so—’ ‘I was not unescorted,’ Orla protested. ‘I was with my driver. I’d gone there on business to—’ ‘To flirt with one of your own countrymen?’ ‘No!’ ‘Yes. Since that is most certainly what you were doing when I saw you.’ ‘What? That’s ridiculous,’ Orla defended herself. ‘But you knew that he would be there?’ Arni queried. ‘Well, yes,’ Orla admitted. ‘But—’

The Tyrant alpha

The Tyrant alpha

Aunt Nola staggered to her feet and wandered a few steps away, so I could see. A female on her back in the middle of the room, staring at me. Her eyes were dark and wide. They didn’t blink. It was Orla Sullivan. I’d never really spoken to her. She was grown. I was only eight. She was old enough to be mated, but she wasn’t, and now she never would be. I’d never spoken to her, but I’d heard her scream. She rested in a pool of blood, her sightless blue eyes staring at me, her mouth twisted in a frozen scream. Red marks blossomed on her skin like roses.

OLIVIA

OLIVIA

I couldn't help the shudder that went through me “And with the rest, well, that’s because I love candy and they know it.” "Yes... and they wanted to make you fall in love with them through your stomach.” "You sound bothered.” “I'm not bothered.” “So jealous...” "You wish, idiot.” she replied sulkily. “Well, but what about you?” I countered her “There are David, Peter, Tom and of course, how to forget the perfect Daniel.” "I've already told you that I don't like any of them.” "Well, the same answer goes to you.” I murmured hugging her "The only one who makes my world turn upside down is you, Olivia, also... Do you realize that we are having our first fight?"

OLIVER

OLIVER

He said, referring to the combat that happened minutes ago. “Ofcourse,” the corner of Father's lips curved up. He directed his hand to the both female wolvens beside Alpha Reuel. “And this is the Skylarron’s Luna, Elena and their daughter, Stella.” “Pleasure to meet you, Oliver” Elena waved her hand to stop me from bowing my head to her. “I must say the description about your…beauty do not do you justice.” I faked a smile, hoping it doesn't come out as awkward as I felt. Elena wore a smile that brightened her face warmly. Her dark hair was swept to the back, braided and held with pins. “The pleasure is mine, Luna Elena.”

Chantelle

Chantelle

Chantelle POV: It had been three months since I left my uncle's house and moved in with Declan. I was finally beginning to feel a sense of peace. For the first time in a long time, I felt safe and cared for. Declan and his staff had been so kind to me, making sure I had everything I needed. I had tried to help around the house, but the maids always shooed me away, telling me to relax. As I sat there, reflecting on my new life, I couldn't help but feel grateful for everything that had happened.
