Dragon's mate

Dragon's mate

She still had moments when she would wonder what she did to deserve someone like Henry. "Just some old history book I borrowed from Richard's library. I'm trying to learn as much as I can about dragons before, you know… and I still can't believe how big that place is! Richard has an impressive collection of books, and most of them are about supernatural topics. One would need a lifetime to go through all of them." Henry put the firewood in the basket next to the fireplace and moved to sit behind Elizabeth. She leaned on him and relished in the feeling of his strong arms wrapped around her.

Elizabeth's transformation is brilliant! Author's writing carries readers interest until the end and captures their hearts. Was rooting for them from the start. The ending is well deserved... Moving on to the sequel. Thank you for their story.

I don’t like the fact that she accepted and let him off the hook for kidnapping her just like that! You can’t just go around kidnapping people and drugging them and then expect them to fall in love with you in a couple of days. It just seems so wrong.

Take My Husband, Let Me Marry Yours

Take My Husband, Let Me Marry Yours

’ Was all the thought but in a week he had not even spoken to them nor about them I shook my head and decided to ask a question, remembering he had a book with him earlier, “So what book were you reading earlier?” I flossed and heard the water in the shower go off and Henry peaked out the shower, “I met an old friend at the airport, when returning back bac there and it turns she’s a writer for a bunch of self help book, so I decided to read through) and it has overall been great.” I nodded slowly and asked, “ What's her name? And how come you had a female friend and I never heard about her, not even worse.”

The Darling of the Paranoid Tycoon

The Darling of the Paranoid Tycoon

The three women exploded into a heated argument, each claiming to be the woman Henry loved the most, causing a ruckus! Harriet looked on in confusion. Did this crazy man have so much charm that three women would argue endlessly for him? "Alright, stop quarreling!" Henry sighed deeply. He knew that his journey was about to begin again. "Yvonne!" He suddenly turned around and winked at Harriet. "Bear it in your mind that I'm your favorite eighth brother, Henry Bass, from your childhood. See you next time!" With that, he turned and, to everyone's surprise, transformed into a flock of white doves and flew out of the window. Then he disappeared without a trace.

My Husband Is An Open Book

My Husband Is An Open Book

They merely laid bare the man he truly was. While I was still absorbed in that thought, Simon abruptly lifted his head and looked at me. In that instant, his expression twisted into something so vicious and terrifying that I scarcely recognized him. The next moment, he turned to Zachary with undisguised contempt and provocation. “What gives you the right to defend Harriet? You’re scarcely fit to be called a man. I have never heard of a man so utterly devoid of interest in women. It is a monstrous absurdity. You disgust me!”

Alpha's Mate: The Villainess

Alpha's Mate: The Villainess

Henry reached for his phone, but I stopped him. “You should go to the restroom first. I’m fine.” Henry looked hesitant, but I gave him a reassuring smile. “You may call the chauffeur after.” “Are you sure? Because I can—” “I’ll wait here for you. I can occupy myself with these books.” Henry looked around us. We stopped in front of a small bookstore. There are bookshelves outside the store for easy access as well. Across the street, there was a coffee shop filled to the brim with customers. If I ever needed anything while he was away, I could go to these establishments.

Fake dating my hockey enemy

Fake dating my hockey enemy

That was the number one rule. ”Yeah, maybe next time.” I grabbed my stuff, already moving towards the exit. The walk to Henry’s place took twelve minutes. He lived in a small house off campus with JJ—two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen that smelled like whatever take out JJ had ordered that week. But JJ had a late shift at the campus bookstore tonight, which meant we had the place to ourselves for at least two hours. I knocked twice. The door opened before my hand dropped back to my side. Henry stood there in dark jeans and a Harlow Hockey shirt, hair still damp from the shower. His eyes met mine for half a second before he stepped aside to let me in.

DEMON ALPHA'S MATE

DEMON ALPHA'S MATE

Now, here I was with Henry and I on the same lane when I could have found the book before him in the first place. I glanced at the crumpled up sheet of paper containing half of the list of books that Alpha Derek had written and I looked at the title and author of the book. Glancing around, I wanted to begin my search for it, aware that Henry was already underway with his own search when I decided to inform him about finding my second book. "Henry! Henry!" I called out with glee in my voice. "I have found my second book!" When he didn't answer after about ten seconds, I decided to call him again, certain that he was deciding to ignore me.

My Stepbrother, My Mate

My Stepbrother, My Mate

Henry was sitting up in bed, a book in his lap, but his eyes lifted immediately when Xavier entered. “You look exhausted,” Henry remarked, setting the book aside. Xavier let out a dry chuckle. “That makes two of us.” Henry tilted his head, his silver hair catching the candlelight. “You didn’t have to check on me.” Xavier leaned against the doorframe, arms crossed over his chest. “Maybe not. But I wanted to.” A flicker of something unreadable passed through Henry’s eyes, but he didn’t challenge it. Instead, he shifted to make space on the edge of the bed, a silent invitation.
