Oswald shifted in his chair, the faintest curve pulling at the corner of his mouth, not a smile, not really, but something cold and satisfied, like a shark’s twitch at the scent of blood in the water.
“Tell them I have no comment,” he said, voice like smooth steel. He tapped a pen on the desk, his eyes narrowing on the city beyond the glass.
